How to lower estrogen Naturally

Hello Guys,
Even on 250Mg testo enant I am full of Estrogen and my skin is bloated.
I am using 12.5mg ed Aromasin but it is not enough, so I am thinking to use an antiaromatase naturally to keep estrogen under control.
Any suggestion?

Actually i am on bromocriptine to lower prolactin cuz even on test it increase... And my nipples hurt.
