Right? I'm going to need my gift back and to be reimbursed for the worlds most hideous bridesmaid dress.
She's world's absolute shittiest wife ever...and not just by his standards.
I gave her some tough love for months at least a year ago telling her she was a horrible wife, and so did her mom and sister. We all told her if she loved him as much as she says she does that she better get it together and quick, and she never did.
I honestly felt bad for the guy even knowing this about him, like I was on his side on this one even having been best friends with this girl for a good 10 years now.
how was she a shitty wife?
She's 27, and she's gained 70lbs since the wedding 3 years ago, and by her own admission doesn't clean the house or cook or take care of the dogs or shave her legs or have sex with him or lose the weight she says she's going to or advance her career the ways she swears she will.
She apparently does nothing after work but come home and sit on the couch watching tv til she goes to sleep. We all told her it was unacceptable, and he told her straight up he couldn't be attracted to someone who does absolutely nothing, including put any effort at all into their life and marriage. I don't know when she got *that* fucking lazy. I couldn't be with her either if that were me. She says herself he does everything for her and she does nothing for him back.
And she just sits there and tells me she knows she's doing everything wrong and she can't find the motivation to fix any of it even though she knows she needs to.
...yet she's so heartbroken about this because she "loves him". I don't see how, if you can't find it in yourself to get off the couch for your man.
I'm kiiinda disgusted by it, and she's not even my wife. Like I said, I don't really blame him on this one.

I think he's just too disgusted with her to care at this point. I told her this would happen over a year ago - that if she stopped putting effort in, eventually he would too.
