SARMs + Formastanzol detailed log

Ladies and gentlemen, the time has come to put together a log. As you know, SARMs have been all over the Elitefitness forum as of late, which sparked my interest in these particular compounds. After a few months of research I decided to give them a shot……….for my rats.

The plan is to use them to aid in a cut/recomp cycle. I am hoping to lose fat and get fairly dry/vascular while maintaining, or even gaining, lean muscle mass. Most importantly, I will be monitoring my strength. Numbers are important to me, as are details. I’m going to try to keep everything as detailed as possible, while mainly focusing on how it helps (or does not help) my strength as I cut.

Rat stats:
21 years old
5’6” - 184lbs.
12-13% body fat (give or take)

1RM (as of 2/22/14):
Squat- 425lbs
Bench- 345lbs
Deadlift- 475lbs

Rat trains 5 days per week and will be doing cardio 4 times per week ranging from 15-40 minutes, varying intensities.
Training focuses on squat/ bench/ deadlift for power. Usually with high weight- low rep, then followed by training for hypertrophy.

Split looks like:
1- Squat/ accessory/ cardio
2- Presses i.e. bench/shoulder and accessory/cardio
3- Off day
4- Squat or deadlift/ accessory/ cardio
5- Presses i.e. bench/shoulder and accessory/cardio
6- Back and bicep isolation
7- Off day

^^ Somewhat unorthodox program I put together, but strength has gone through the roof the past few months, so I stand by it 100%. I’ll log some of my workouts from time to time, with exact set/rep and weight numbers.
Squat and deadlift have been increasing steadily so the real test will be breaking my bench plateau- although I’m not expecting my bench to be able to increase much more than 350 with my goal body weight after cut being +/-165.

Diet is also in check. My body responds best to a carb-restricted diet (as do my rats), with one or two high carb/low fat “re-feed” days per week. Will be cutting calories back and re-adjusting macro breakdown as I lose weight.
Eating between 2500-2700 cals
300g+ protein
130g fats
<50g carbs




NOW FOR THE CYCLE:
1-8wk Mk-2866 (Ostarine) @25mg/day
1-8wk S4 @50mg/day split into 2 doses (will split 5on/2off if vision sides occur- then potentially up dosing if I split to 5/2)
1-8wk Formastanzol @adjusting dosing as weeks progress

9-12wk Post Cycle/Unleashed combo @recommended dosing

Also will be using fish oil, multi vitamins, pre-workout supps, and creatine mono @5g/day throughout.

Might add GW @20mg/day and Need2Slin once PCT begins. Haven’t decided yet, nor have I purchased these two specifically…. yet.



Everything else is in my possession and Day 1 starts tomorrow 2/23/14!
This is my rat’s first run at anything “not-natty”, so I’m looking forward to it.

Also, I’ll be keeping the SARM’s lab a secret for now. I want to see what kind of results the rats get before people jump to any conclusions and share biased opinions about quality. I will release this information at the end of the cycle/log.

If anyone has any questions about this specific cycle or myself, please feel free to ask. I’ll provide a nice detailed response.
 
DAY 1
First dose is down the hatch. :chomp: 25mg Ostarine and 25mg S4. Will be taking 25mg S4 later today.
Formastanzol will be run @3pumps am/pm this week. 4pumps am/pm next week- and so on. Increasing dose each week.
SARMs taste is furrrkin FOUL. Probably the worst thing I've ever tasted and I honestly wasn't expecting it to be THAT bad. I can still taste it 30mins later...
I'll be hitting 5x3 squats today followed by some accessory work specifically aimed at hypertrophy, followed by 15-20 minutes of cardio. Not expecting anything to kick in today.

I will be keeping a close eye on the night vision though, I'll be out driving every single night this week. So I'm hoping it doesn't effect me like I'm expecting it to.

for a 21 year old your stats and lifts are impressive. SARM's is a great option over hormones for someone your age, wish more guys would get their head out of their ass and realize that instead of just listening to 'friends' who don't know the difference between bitch tits and bitch dog

I would start with 25mgs S-4 (Andarine)/day and add 10mgs every 2-4 days or so, in about 7-11 days you'll be at your 50mgs dose and you'll avoid the vision sides.

I'll take this into consideration and probably do this for the first few days, although I'd love to jump right into 50mgs, vision sides would be pretty shitty.

I'd love to run a 12wk cycle of test e but like you sort of said, it's iffy at this age. I've done plenty of research and have a full cycle planned out, but I'm probably going to wait a little before I hop on the good stuff. There are risks that I don't feel like dealing with yet.

Yeah I might add it immediately following this cycle. I decided to go with S4 & Ostarine instead of my original plan of Osta & GW just for goal purposes. From my research, S4 would fit my goals better than GW right now because I'm trying to maintain mass and strength as much as possible. But once I'm more lean, GW will definitely help shed some extra fat and give me the endurance to do so.

Workout went normal today, working back into heavy lifts as I took a week or two for de-load, which in my opinion was too long. Only worked up to 365 for sets of 3 pause-rep squats. Then hit 1 nice fat super-drop-set on leg extension and hamstring curls followed by 15 mins of cardio. Kept my heart rate between 150-175bpm pretty easily today, didn't feel any fatigue, but it's probably just a mental thing.
 
Looks similar to what I run...4 day split focusing on compound movements and quickly paced, low rest times to get cardio benefits and fat shredding along with it. Run the same split twice a week(Sunday/ Monday and then Wednesday/Thursday). Other days are either cardio or rest days. Noticed the same thing, strength gains and solid, dense muscle added with reduction in bodyfat levels...I'm an old man tho at 39...you likely will progress much quicker thanks to your hormonal advantage...

Keep up the good work...my stats are slightly lower than yours tho, especially on bench which I likely will never do again as it has given me nothing but issues over the years and finally impinged my bicep tendon again, which I have been dealing the last two months and thankfully is almost fully recovered...likely will focus on decline as it is easier on my shoulders once I go back to pressing. I'm a relatively weak bencher anyway in comparison to my other lifts, only doing 285 versus 450 lbs squat and 465 lb deadlift...

Been running S4 for about 6-7 weeks now and I was very scared of the vision sides at fist, but honestly they are nowhere near as bad as some make them out to be...did creep up on me around the 2 week mark where I started noticing white lights were taking on a yellowish hue and starting to hurt my eyes, and then I woke up in the middle of the night one night and have my field of vision was normal and the other half was completely dark, but it wasn't like it was evenly distributed it was like splotches of black mixed in with ares where I could see...kinda freaked me out a little. Also really have trouble seeing if I walk in from the outside where the sun is out and into a darker room...literally have to stop for a few seconds until I get adjusted...all in all its not a big deal tho, I am so used to it now, its like its always been this way...IMHO the sides are blown way out of proportion...I have taking 25 mg twice daily, around 12 hours apart as Dylan suggests...
 
You have a great plan setup bro, and I'm sure you will really enjoy the great results that the SARMS will deliver. Its nice seeing someone at your age that has built a proper base naturally, doing their proper research, and still holding off on AAS for further down the road. This is a marathon and not a sprint, and you will have plenty of time later on to get into that. SARMS are a great stepping stone for a natural

I hope I can throw around that kind of weight when I'm in my late 30's man. That's awesome. How have the gains been with S4 @50mgs? Anything really noticeable for you?
And with the bench press, I notice in people I've trained, as well as my self, rotating elbows in more- keeping them tighter to your body, helps remove the painful tension in the shoulder joint. I thought I had bad shoulders until I adjusted my elbow position to a more conventional "powerlifting" angle, compared to the 90degree "bodybuilding" angle you see quite often. Pretty much a front delt press at that angle.

Thanks man. I'm really hoping I get some nice results with SARMs. Anything more than natural gains would be awesome. I'd love to run a legit cycle and gain 20lbs, but at this point, I have plenty of time.




Big question: S4 and Ostarine aren't tested for and are not controlled substances. Does that make the user un-natural? I know they are PED's, obviously, but there seems to be a moral grey area when it comes to SARM's and competing natty.
Just want to see what y'all think, I don't have a set date for competition, but I plan on competing in the near future, whether it be bodybuilding/physique or powerlifting.
 
DAY 2

25mg Ostarine, 15mg S4 and 3 pumps of formastanzol at 9am. Another 15mg of S4 before my workout later and 3 pumps of forma after my night class. Trying to squeeze a workout in between work and class tonight. No side effects yet- 25/30/30/40/40/50/50mg S4 dosing this first week in an attempt to avoid sides.

Bench press, shoulder press, and accessory lifts later today followed by 15-25mins of cardio.

Workout went well. Worked up to 295 for 3 reps on bench, followed by a few burn out sets of 225. Also did shoulder press, dips, lateral raises, and a few tricep press variations.
20 minutes of cardio. Heart rate between 160-180bpm. Felt great.
I do notice the sun bothering my eyes a little bit more today. It could just be abnormally bright outside, but it also could be the S4. Not sure yet.

DAY 3

Soooo I shit twice and did all my homework this morning before my morning class. I'll be hitting Chipotle for lunch. Triple steak and guacamole ----- GAINZ. So today is starting off pretty rad.
Unfortunately it's an off day and this will most likely be my only post for the day. Vision was a little wonky last night but it could be the fact that I switched back to wearing contacts after wearing strictly glasses for a few months. We'll see how light sensitivity is when I'm driving around today.

Today's dosing:
25mg Ostarine
30mg S4 split 15am/15pm
6pumps Forma split 3am/3pm

Thanks for the support man. I have a question for you, considering you know your stuff. I'm thinking about running a Katanadrol V3.0/ GW cycle after this SARMs run. What do you think would be best-
Finishing the SARMs and mini PCT, waiting 4 wks, then doing a 4wk Katana cycle.
OR
Using my 8 wk SARM cycle as a bridge into the Katana for 4 weeks.

My PCT for Katana would be forma/post cycle/unleashed. If I bridge the two, all I would need is an extra bottle of Formastanzol and a bottle of BRIDGE to run along side Katana, using my planned SARMs PCT as the overall SARM-Katana bridge cycle PCT.

Katanadrol would be my first pro hormone cycle. I would use it to continue leaning out and hardening up.
 
Katanadrol isn't real strong.. I would use it later and stack it with another PH.. its not methylated so you would be ok doing so.

After you finish your sarms stack you could use Oxandrovar if you want to lean out and have some great strength gains

I was actually looking into Oxandrovar, it seems incredible. I might stick with the Katanadrol though, just because it will be my first pro hormone cycle. I have plenty of time to run stronger compounds...

I've been checking in with your log on it. You're running one hell of a cycle there. Cost is the main factor right now, being a college student and paying for school loans, car insurance, food, etc.
I would need more cycle support with Oxandrovar and probably a stronger PCT than Katana.
Something along these lines would probably be bare minimum for Ox:
1-4 Oxandrovar @2caps/day
1-4 Aromasin 12.5mg/day
1-4 Bridge @recommended dosage
1-4 Some sort of liver/cycle support. N2Guard would be great but it's a fat chunk of change.
PCT:
4-8 Clomid 50/50/25/25
4-8 Post Cycle/ Unleashed combo
4-8 D-spark (whatever dosing equals 3g DAA and 75mg of AI per day)

This would probably be bare minimum, like I said. I'd like to add GW @20mg/day to this next cycle, as well as Ostarine @25mg/day to PCT. And with Oxandrovar being $110, that's quite a hefty price once you add everything else in there.
Again, not trying to be a cheap bastard, but it is what it is haha I'm certainly not going to half-ass a cycle and mess my shit up though.

So far I'm feeling good. Feeling fuller but nothing crazy yet. Sense of well being is definitely there although it could just be the placebo effect of being on something. Slept great last night.

I'm not really looking for added endurance per say, I've just read that people notice endurance boosts with this combo- without GW. So I'm looking out for it, ya know what I mean? I'm really thinking about GW and Oxandrovar or Katanadrol after this SARMs run. That'd probably be a rad combo. Goal would be 5-6%bf with that cycle. Right now it's 7-8% with this one. Although strength is my main concern, I am cutting down right now.
 
Just finished up my squat/dead lift/cardio workout. Some bitch was using my squat rack for 65# shrugs and sit ups for like an hour so I had to use the shitty rack in the back. I can't get in the zone when I'm in the rack I was in tonight so I didn't have the best workout...
Ended up working to 365# for 3x3 squats. Olympic foot position first two sets. Hybrid-power foot position for the last set. Got them all cleanly, it just didn't feel right because of the rack I was in, so I didn't work any higher weights.
I decided to do dead lifts because the whole squat thing pissed me off... And dead lifts make me happy haha
I worked sets of 3 @315/365/405/425# and called it a day there. Next week I'll be hitting dead lifts fresh so I'll work up to about 455# for sets of 2-3.
Then did 15 minutes of cardio keeping heart rate steady at 175-180bpm.

I notice my eyes are taking some more time to adjust between bright light and lack of light. Walking in and out of the building at work today was a little funky. It's not bad yet, it just takes an extra couple seconds before everything is 100% clear and adjusted. Strength felt good. Cardio felt GREAT. Rest between sets was shorter. Can't make any notes on vascularity or fullness though, I worked out in a heavy sweatshirt today.

Also had a few girls at work tell me "you look different.. but in a good way"

Morning update:
Upped my carb intake yesterday because of the heavy workout. Looked bloated as hell last night so I cut back on water for the rest of the night, just to reduce water retention as much as possible. Woke up +1lb from yesterday, just to show you how much I retain from consuming carbs.
I woke up looking pretty cut up, considering my body fat %, and not bloated at all. Feeling full and lean today. Really cutting back carbs for the next few days to shed that extra water. I feel better on carb-restricted. Mood is up, libido is up. Strength is still where it needs to be, even though I'm down to 181-183lbs.

UPDATE

Kept carbs <50g today.
Workout went alright, strength felt great but I aggravated a tendon in my elbow yesterday doing squats so I had to cut it a little short and lighter than I had planned. I guess squatting low bar strained my elbow...? Don't even ask me how I managed to do that.
Did sets of 5 on bench. 135/185/225/265/265# and cut it there. Elbow started to feel pretty shitty...
Did some light dumbbell shoulder press followed by some heavy one-arm lateral raises. Finished out the workout with 4 quick sets of machine flyes and 10 minutes of cardio.
I was so frustrated with my elbow that I couldn't push myself through more than 10 minutes of cardio...

Also got my first real vision sides today with S4 @40mgs. Cars driving by with brighter headlights would look yellowish and burn an imprint of the light in my vision.. so driving home from the gym tonight was pretty rough.
Still bumping to 50mgs tomorrow. Probably doing the 5/2 protocol starting next week. At least we know the S4 is legit--- or my eyes just really suck. Could be either one right now haha

On the bright side, shoulders and upper chest are looking striated as furrrkkkkk in the gym. :D

As much as I'd love to run Oxandrovar/GW-501516, I'll be keeping the compounds light for now. I do have a full cycle of Oxandrovar planned out that I would LOVE to run, but I probably won't use that one for a while. I'm also waiting for more logs to pop up because it is still a very new stack.
Probably going to give a 10wk LGD cycle a shot after the Katana. And that's probably all I'll be able to fit into this year. Slowly getting more and more potent with the cycles. I'm fine with input, criticism, or cycle plans you guys would like to share with me.

Going to see how my elbow feels. Trying to get two ice sessions in before I hit back and bi's today. If it's still shitty I'm just going to do 30-45mins of cardio.

Anybody have a quick remedy for what feels like tendinitis? It started two days ago doing squats so I know it's just a tweak- nothing major yet. I've been rolling it with a lacrosse ball and icing it.

Back and bi's workout was pretty solid. Arm wasn't really bothering me. Took some Aleeve and taped an icy hot patch to my arm. Pretty ghetto but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Did 15mins of HIIT cardio after.
Starting to look slightly leaner and fuller. Going to take my second S4 dose at 3pm (usually take it around 5) to see if it helps at all with the slight vision issues.

Dosing S4 at 3pm definitely helped when I was driving later that night. I could actually see when cars drove by. Night vision was not bad at all compared to the previous night. I did notice that right after taking it, light sensitivity was ridiculous. Just walking from my car to my local supplement shop, I walked into a supplement display because my eyes were still adjusting to the change in light.
 
Your receptors got saturated quick.. sounds like you got it under control. I personally experience very low side effects from S4

Squats felt like grass-fed butter today. Hit 135/225/315/365/375/385# for 3 reps each. I believe the 365/375/385# for 3 is a new PR. Got them all clean as hell. Felt GREAT. I would've gone for 395# for 3 reps but my elbow felt pretty inflamed and I didn't want to push it. I'll get it next squat day...
Hit light isolation work, really trying to focus on my outer quad because the inner "teardrop" completely over-powers the rest of my quads.
Did 15mins of cardio keeping heart rate at a steady 180bpm. So that was pretty hardcore.

Overall I'm feeling great other than my nagging elbow. Strength and endurance are increasing. Weight is ever so slightly decreasing. Looking SLIGHTLY leaner but nothing out of the ordinary... yet. Had a gnarly vein going across my shoulders and upper chest when I was doing squats.

I have high hopes. I'm actually considering snagging another bottle of S4 to up the dose the second half of the cycle, as long as my vision stays where it's at. It's tolerable right now.
Considering the price I got it for, it would almost be stupid not to get another bottle.....
 
DAY 9

^^^This will be the dosing for all of weeks 2 and 3.

Today was my press day. Elbow is still nagging so I can't really tell if I'm getting stronger because I'm hesitant to go too heavy. I did 135/225/245/265/285# for 3 today then did 2 sets of 225# x 5 pause-reps just as a form check. Shoulder presses and lateral raises went well. Delts keep looking better and better as I cut. Starting to get some deep looking striations through them.

I'm looking noticeably leaner BUT IM NOT LOSING ANY STRENGTH. Might even be gaining strength based on my squat day yesterday.
So far so good.

Vision was shitty last night. I had blind spots in my vision after I turned off the lights, although driving was fine. I stayed awake to see how long they lasted. It started to dissipate after around an hour or so.... So that's something I'll be keeping an eye on.

I dosed my S4 12 hrs apart. This helped me with vision sides

9am/3pm seems to be doing the job for now. When I up the dose I'll probably do 9am and right before bed at around 11pm-12am.
9am and 9pm would probably kill me driving at night haha

keep careful attention to the s4 bro, and lower dosage if, goto a 5/2 .. if they keep up cease usage.
 
Well they're not terrible. I still can see at night about 90%. Bright lights just appear yellow and glare a little bit. Nothing I can't handle yet. If they get any worse, I will go 5/2. But right now, they're tolerable.
And unless someone has had these become permanent, I can deal with this as a side effect. I'd rather have yellow vision over puffy nips, ya know what I mean.

The blind spot in my vision wasn't as bad last night and cleared in a shorter period of time. Also, headlights were starting to look more yellow. My blue-white HID headlights had a green tint to them, believe it or not. Pretty wild.
 
Any thoughts on adding albuterol or GW into the mix? Right now it's just an unnecessary addition, so I'm trying to save money and only order 1 bottle of either.. I can get them both for roughly the same price for roughly the same duration of use.

I'd use GW @15mg from weeks 7-12. (unless it'd be more beneficial to run 20mg from weeks 9-12)
OR
I can use albuterol @about 15mg for the same duration of time.

Which one would be more beneficial? Or which is more powerful at that dosage- is more my question. Both seem to be hit or miss for people.
 
DAY 11

Same dosing.

Decided to only do dead lifts today in hopes of hitting 495#. Unfortunately, I couldn't even lock out 475#. Got the bar to about my knees and had to bail.
So needless to say, I'm pretty pissed/disappointed. After I missed my goal today I decided to hit leg extension and hamstring curls HARD. 4 sets of 8-12reps each, all the weight on the machine. Did some calves as well.

So no strength gains really, even though I carbed up today in hopes of crushing a new PR. Going to use chains and pause-reps for another 4 weeks to mix it up with my dead lifts. I need to pull 500. I had a goal to hit it by this week and I didn't get it. So fucking close....

S4 is definitely working because my vision has gone to shit. I can still see and all but everything is pretty yellow. My eyes also don't adjust to complete darkness anymore. But I can deal with these right now, still not cutting to 5/2 yet. Still actually considering upping the dose haha
Can't comment on the Ostarine yet though, no major strength gains, no nagging pain relief, no migraines... But I am cutting, so seeing strength gains would be pretty incredible.

Shoulders are looking sharper, as well as my upper back and triceps. I still can't contribute any of this to the SARM's though. I've been working my ass off.

Weighed in at 180-even this morning after a cup of coffee and a dump.
 
I say GW is the better option.

DAY 12

Same dosing.

Everything is yellow after like 6pm...

Did chest and tri's today with some abs and 20mins of cardio. Bench pressed 135#x5/ 185#x5/ 225#x5/ 275#x3/ 295#x3/305#x2/225# 5x5 pause reps.
Felt great all the way through. Incline pressed 100# dumbbells for 3 sets of 6-10 after that. Haven't noticed a huge increase in strength, but my heavier lifts feel more solid and controlled.

Strength is feeling pretty good today although my vision is getting worse at night. And I have a gnarly pimple in my ass crack.... Also have a HUGE one on my shoulder. So I'm starting to get some pimples. That's the only real side effect other than the vision.

Back/bi's/shoulders/cardio

Not my usual workout today because I actually planned on doing a Crossfit event at a friend's gym. We were going to be doing Fran and some other benchmark workout so I saved my back and shoulders.
Needless to say, I didn't go to the gym, so I had to make do with an unorthodox training day.

Kept weights fairly light but KILLED it. Starting to get some nice deep cuts in my shoulders and tris. Getting some nice separation between my bicep and tricep also when I hit certain poses. Slight feathers are starting to show on my tris and quads.

I still can't contribute this to the cycle though, I'm not convinced yet. I've been doing a lot of cardio and diet has been 100% on point.
The only thing that I MIGHT be able to give the SARMs credit for is the fact that I'm not losing size/strength. But I set up my diet and training to prevent strength loss.

Adjusted calories to 2200-2400.

Everything is still pretty yellow, although blind spots were non-existent last night.
 
I had to quit the s4 after 2 weeks due to the yellow tint scaring the shit out of me.. it sub sided after three days.. they say there are m1 receptors in your heart and kidneys, so if it's ding that to your eyes no tellingg what it's doing to the rest. I'm almost on week 4 of osta. I'm about to start albuterol tomorrow. 2mg in the am to see how it feels and if it's okay I'll do 2 more at night.. Then ramp up from there..

DAY 14

Off day.
Not much to report. Vision was BAD last night. Driving was fine but once I turned the lights out in my house, 50% of my vision was pretty much gone. I had a blind spot that covered half of my sight.
I've come to the conclusion though, that the size of the blind spot is related to the brightness of light throughout the day. On days it's really bright, or if I get high beamed when I'm driving, the blind spot is larger. On days where it's kinda gloomy, or days I don't watch tv or use the computer much, the blind spot is non-existent.

Still considering upping S4 to 60mg starting week 4 and adapting a 5/2 or 6/1 dosing schedule.

Calories are at 2000 even today.
90/50/275 fat/carbs/protein respectively

Soooooo I'm toying with the idea of adding Katanadrol and HcGenerate from weeks 5-8 instead of upping my S4 dosing.

PCT would then be:
Erase @3caps
Post Cycle @3caps
Unleashed @3caps

Then at the end of June or beginning of July doing a Primobol Dex cycle......
Maybe add GW to that mix from beginning through PCT.

I think on top of S4 and Ostarine, Katana will be a hell of an addition to close out the cycle. Adding Erase to my PCT to prevent possible estrogen rebound. Not sure how likely this is, but I'll have it in there just in case. I should be dry as hell by the end of this cycle- considering I'm bumping Forma to 12 pumps starting week 5.

I could have added Oxandrovar, but I'm saving either that or Primobol Dex for my next cycle. Keeping it rather "light" on this first one.

Squats/deadlifts/abs

Placed order for Katana/HcGenerate/Erase.

Worked up to 395# for 3 reps which is a NEW SQUAT PR. Wanted 405# but stopped squats after the PR. I'll get 405# for 3 next week. Not trying to injure anything. After squats I did some deads. Worked up to a surprisingly easy 405# for 7 reps. Didn't want to over-do it or kill my back so I stopped there. Did single leg extensions and hamstring curls followed by some ab work, mainly focusing on obliques and lower abs today.

I was also at my lowest weight today @179lbs after my morning coffee and shit.

Went on an additional 400 calorie deficit two days ago (about 1900 calories) and loaded carbs yesterday (2300 calories). FEELING GREAT.
I don't really feel "on" and the strength gains/fat loss are MINIMAL, but the fact that I'm losing fat and gaining strength has to count for something. Really excited to add Katanadrol at the end to really harden up and dry out. Hoping to get some nice vascularity because I have some fat veins right under the surface of my skin right now that should be popping out in the next few weeks.

Tomorrow is press day. Diet for today and tomorrow are my normal diet listed in the original post.

I actually plan on running Oxandrovar or Primobol Dex after this SARMs/Katana cycle. I wanted to keep it rather light on the first one. Slowly working my way into stronger compounds. GK is definitely on my list though. I wanted to be a logger for Primo Dex but I'm in the middle of a cycle right now...

Same dosage.

Vision is getting pretty shitty. Couldn't see anything last night. Starting to get some good cuts though. Did chest/shoulders/tri's/cardio this morning. Trained fasted too and felt incredible. My shoulders are starting to look grainy and I'm starting to get some new oblique cuts. Mixed it up and did dumbbells most of the workout. Incline pressed 100's for 12 reps. Pretty solid considering I haven't done incline press with dumbbells in about a year. Kept shoulder presses light weight- high rep because my right shoulder has been bothering me lately, not sure what the deal is.

I notice I am cramping up more. Trying to drink more water than normal but for some reason I feel dehydrated at times. This is just going to get worse when I add Katana...

2-scooped some Forged 1G Stim today with 5g creatine and some aminos. Killer workout.

Been toying with my diet more than usual... Going back and forth between high carb/low carb. Trying a high carb day again today to see what happens. Not really sure what I'm going to do about diet anymore, might be able to add carbs now because I'm doing cardio 4 days per week. My body never liked carbs before, but I never did this much cardio either. I notice now when I add more carbs, I get bloated the day of, but I look super dry the next day. So I might go 2 days low carb, 1 day high carb- from now on.

Also cut calories back around 2100-2300 per day.

FUCKING KILLED back/biceps/cardio this morning. Trained fasted and 2-scooped some 1G Stim and fucking killed it. Something is definitely doing something haha
Focused mainly on the middle of my back today, really contracting at the peak. Looking fuller, leaner, and more dry every single day. My back looked grainy today, it was rad. Strength was great today too. Did 3 sets of 10 pull ups as a WARM UP light it was nothing. Starting to notice slightly more vascularity as well. Elbow is feeling better.

Doing a large caloric deficit today and carbing-the-fuck-up tomorrow for squats/deadlifts on Sunday.

Can't wait to add Katana and HcGen in a week!

Fair enough, i will be following.If s4 is causing you misery with your eyes and lowering dosage or going to 5/2 isnt helping, ditch and and try another angle.I dont use s4 really and i still have kick ass sarms cycles, with mix and matching.Like i said its not for everyone.

SQUATTED 405# for 3 reps with my spotter doing the commands as if it were a meet. MADDDDD PR'S. That's +10# since my last squat day which was only 3 or 4 days ago. Deadlifted 405# for 7 before my grip took a shit. Didn't chalk up enough. Was aiming for 10-12 reps.
Focused on lower abs today. 15 mins of fast-paced cardio.

Idk what the deal is, but I'm at 182lbs today. Haven't eaten yet and I trained fasted this morning. BUT I LOOK LEAN AS SHITTTTTT. 10x more lean than yesterday. Could be the pump and hella pre workout but, who knows.
Something is most likely FINALLY kicking in. Put up 105 dumbells x12 incline press today. Felt great.
New striations and new vascularity. Didn't get to do cardio because I have to go to work then class, so I'll do cardio tomorrow morning or night on my "off day".

Vision is also gone. Everything is yellow and my eyes don't adjust to darkness. At all. Only at 50mgs. Shit is legit. Not convinced on the Osta yet, but I am getting a little stronger.

Fasted cardio first thing in the morning and that's it for the day. Loading carbs today for squats tomorrow. I want to rep by original 1RM by the end of this run. Right now I'm 20 pounds away but I think I can get it... Need more carbs though haha

Deadlifts/quad & ham isolation/core/cardio

High carbs yesterday and today.
30mins of fasted cardio first thing in the morning. Followed by deadlifts and shenanigans in the PM.
Deadlifted 450# for 2 reps today which isn't anything I haven't lifted before, but I've never attempted it for reps. So in theory, there is another PR. Would have had 3 reps but my lower back didn't feel right so I stopped the set. Worked up 225/315/405/425# for 3 reps before I hit the 450# for 2.

Noticing some nice ab action starting to form. Someone asked me why I had veins popping out of my lats.......... So..... Apparently my lats are getting some vascularity. Can't wait for the addition of Katanadrol this weekend!

Not getting the results I expected from the SARMs but results are results so.... Katana should make things interesting.

Same dosing.

Presses/cardio.

Flat benched 225/275/295# for clean 3's then got 300# for a clean 2 reps. Felt really good considering I haven't flat benched in two weeks. Looking nice and lean today. Did 30 mins of fasted cardio first thing in the morning. Hit my chest/shoulders/tris workout then ran 1 mile. I had too much sodium today so I really tried to sweat tonight. Feeling great. Looking great.

Getting nice striations and abs are developing more and more each day. Still waiting on some nice vascularity though. Hoping that starts to come next week.

Diet has been wayyyyy different than I planned. Ive been on the classic "50/30/20" %'s for the past 3 days and I'm honestly feeling pretty good. I bloat up throughout the day from the carbs but I wake up nice and lean. I also take more shits which is delightful. Probably doing this from now on while keeping an additional 300 calorie deficit day once or twice per week. Might have to go Keto once I hit a certain point though. I got real lean real fast with a Keto diet last year. But right now, this is slow and methodical. Strength is still there, and increasing. While I am still leaning out. Which was the goal.

Weighed in at 177 this morning! Here's the mind fuck---- I've been eating 200g carbs the past 4 days! Protein is still around 240-275g. Fats are roughly 40-50g now. I honestly am liking this macro breakdown. Calories are roughly 2100-2300 now. Probably going to need the carbs once I add Katana, so I'm glad it ended up working out for me. Going to stick with this diet until I stall, then I'm going keto.


Back/biceps/core

Did 3 sets of 12-15 pull ups today AS A WARM UP. Felt easy as hell, probably because I'm losing weight... Followed by some light barbell rows at 135# for 4 sets of 20 reps. 2 sets underhand, 2 sets overhand. Dumbbell rows followed. Used 105's for sets of 12. Starting to grow some biceps too, which have always been my week point..... and it's not even like they're getting larger, they're just changing shape. So I guess I'll take it. Triceps are starting to look nasty though. Even though I still have a long way to go before I hit my shredding goal.

Off day. Woke up at 177lbs after not doing any cardio yesterday. Still at 50/30/20 -- pro/carb/fat.

CANT WAIT TO ADD KATANADROL AND HCGENERATE TOMORROW.

One thing I do notice aside from a few extra pimples- busting a nut takes longer and is not really as "large" as it was prior to the cycle. There's not as much of the baby gravy. Wondering how HcGen will effect this.
This is my first cycle of anything so I'm assuming this would be the first signs of slight suppression. Balls are still there and libido is fine. No lethargy either.

Squats and accessory lifts tomorrow with some abs and cardio. Then working. Gonna be a long day...

Hit some cable flyes superset with push-ups and dips. Then hit some shoulders and tri's.

Felt good. Looking sharper. Vision is assssssssss. Had some gnarly dreams last night but slept fine.

Just cardio tomorrow morning.

Worked up to a 350x5 squat PR. It's not close to my max, and I could have gone higher if I didn't do so many sets prior, but technically that is a PR. Also did deadlifts. Worked up to 430x5, which is again- technically a PR. Could have gone higher, but again, I did 5 sets prior.

Feeling good. Nothing new. PR's weren't anything crazy, just stuff I haven't tried before.

DAY 33

Same dosing.

Chest/shoulders/tri's/cardio

LOOKED HARD AS FUCK TODAY. Veins are starting to pop in my shoulders and upper chest. Night and day difference literally from yesterday to today. So Katana is definitely kicking in along with my diet and cardio being dialed 100%. Stoked.
Incline pressed 105 dumbbells for sets of 15/12/8 reps with a drop set on the last set. Followed by machine flyes superset with pushups. Then shoulder presses/ lateral raises. Some rear delt action. And 30 mins of cardio.

Striations in my upper pecs and shoulders are nasty. They looked dry and grainy today and I'm only +/- 10% body fat. Starting to get some feathering in the outer head of my triceps.

Overall, shits finally kicking up a notch. The SARMs alone kinda bummed me out, but since i've added Katana, I've been very happy. Even at a low dose of 2 caps per day.

Side note- Epi Strong went on sale today so I think my next cycle will be a 5-weeker 30/30/45/45/45. MAYBE with a test base (300-400mg/wk) if I decide I want to take the plunge and start pinning. Which I do.........but again, still living with my family, needles could be sketchy. If not, I'll probably use RS Transaderm or Derma as a base.

But I want to compete and y'all know how it works.... Going to do whatever it takes.

I have ran a cycle of HGH in the past and looking for a good stack to go with it looking to gain more lean mass

Off day...... First real off day in a while. No cardio.

Messed up my diet real bad last night after working 16 hours. So today I'm going on a hugeeee deficit to make up for it. Squats might suffer tomorrow but I'm hoping my 150g carbs and 240g proteins will be enough to keep my strength up for heavy lifts.

Squats/deadlifts/core/cardio

Worked squats for sets of 5 today. 135/225/225/315/335/360. 360x5 is a PR. Definitely felt like I could have gone a little higher.
Deadlifts felt funky so I only worked to 405x3.
Quick core work because my obliques were still really fried from the last time I hit them. Focused mainly on lower abs today.
Did 30mins of HIIT cardio.

Feeling great. PR today was rad. I do notice a few extra pimples here and there. My nips get harder more often which is really weird haha
And I notice my patience is dwindling just a little bit. I'm more tempted to tell people off. I work in a restaurant so it can be pretty stressful at times, and lately I've felt that I've been quicker to get pissed off.

I'm also almost out of forma... 5 weeks at 8 pumps is pretty bogus if you ask me. It's supposed to last 8 weeks at 10 pumps....

Chest/shoulders/tri's

Felt good. Strength felt the same today but I'm looking a little bit more lean and more full. Weighed 179 this morning. Got a gnarly pump in the gym. May have been excess sodium? Leading to water weight and larger pump....

Fasted cardio tomorrow morning.

Making a few purchases for the next cycle... I'll be posting that plan here as things begin to finalize;)

Soooooooo my FormaStanzol bottle is empty and I'm pissed... it lasted 6 weeks at 8 pumps.... Supposed to last 8 weeks at 10 pumps.. Pretty pissed.
Starting to dose Erase at 1 cap per day which equals 25mg of Arimistane.

Weighed in at 176 this morning.

Will update later after workout.

Aiming for 370x5 with squats.

Nothing new. Weight was super low today, also looked really flat. Not sure why, diet was on point yesterday. Upped carbs a tiny bit just for today.

Right now it's about 30-45 mins of HIIT. Usually go 1:1. 1minute jog/1minute sprint. Half lap 4mph walk, half lap 10mph "sprint". Adjusted depending on elliptical/treadmill/ or outdoors.

On days I "don't do cardio". I still do a 10-20 minute 4mph walk. After my workout.

thats very good.I am starting to walk alot more myself.TOo much high intensity cardio really destroys my joints, i am 40 years old now lol.

I'm 21 and too much running kills my joints hahaha I usually stick with the elliptical for longer sessions.

PM UPDATE

So guys, this is pretty much turning into a journal of squat PR's. Worked 135/225/225/315/335/355 all for sets of 5. THEN HIT 370 FOR 6 REPS. PR'd +10 pounds and +1 rep since Sunday. These were full, bottomed out reps. I honestly like training by 5's now that I've been working on cardio and 5 heavy reps isn't as taxing on my body. I can do higher reps now without fatiguing from set to set.
Finished it off with 3x5 pause reps at 225.
Did some abs. Then 30mins of HIIT on the elliptical.

Weight was also at it's lowest so far today @176lbs in the morning.

And again, ran out of forma, dosing Erase(arimistane) @1 cap per day until PCT where I bump to a 3/3/2/1 taper.

DAY 40

Same dosing.

Chest/shoulders/light triceps/cardio

Focused on incline today because I didn't have my powerlifting gym buddy with me. Again, repped out 105's for 3 sets then did a triple drop set. Did some flyes, shoulder press, lat raise, front raise, rear delt, push ups and some light tricep shit. I like the whole "active recovery" theory, so if I decide not to hit a muscle group for a reason, I'll do a light workout to get more blood in there, increasing the healing (in a really really really short explanation).

Also did 45 minutes of HIIT 1:1 cardio.... felt like I could just keep going!

Upped carbs a bit today by accident but made the numbers work out nicely.


EDIT:
No real sides yet this whole cycle- other than the vision. Maybe a few extra pimples here and there and some cramping but that's it. Balls are still massive.
Side note on vision sides- can not see at all in the dark. At all. Blind. Period.

Back/light biceps/cardio

5x12 pull-ups.
135/185/225/185/135 x10 barbell rows
75/105/105/105 x12 dumbell rows
And some lat push downs

Hit only alternating dumbell curls today, really wanted to focus on contraction. Did 5 sets. 2 second count on the positive. 1 second on the squeeze and 4 second count on the negative.

Arms are my weakness in my opinion. So I'm going to try this tempo on most bicep exercises from now on. It felt great.

20mins of HIIT 1:1. Then a 10 minute jog.

Down to 175 after the morning dump.

Off day. No cardio.

Taking today completely off partially because I'm working 15 hours... Definitely need a day to recover though.
Overshot my carbs yesterday because I was working on my car and had like 3 full cups of trail mix to keep me going. Still hit my regular scheduled meals but worked up a hell of an appetite for some snacks.

Woke up the same weight as yesterday. Thumbs up for a good metabolism from all this frigin cardio.

Squats and cardio tomorrow. And some more car work;)

DAY 43

Squats/core/cardio

Squatted 135/225/225/315/345/375/225-pause/225-pause for 5 reps. 375x5 is another squat PR.
Felt great, didn't even need a spotter. Struggled a tiny bit for that last rep but got it fairly quickly. Hit the 225x5 pause rep sets for a nice form check and some added time under tension. 2 second pause completely bottomed out.
Hit some core work and then 30 minutes of HIIT cardio on the elliptical type thing at my gym.

DAY 44

Chest/shoulders/tri's/cardio

Focused mainly on upper chest and isolation work. Did extra sets for shoulders today because my shoulders never seem to get sore. Going to try over training the hell out of them for a few weeks and see what happens. My shoulders definitely pop more than any other muscle so growth isn't an issue. I just wonder where I can take them if I actually train them to complete failure........

Felt good today. Looking nice and striated. Vascularity in my shoulders and upper chest is slightly slightly more apparent.

Cardio sucked... Only did 25 minutes because I was too fatigued from squats yesterday.

Worked on my car again all day. Trying to fit new suspension and wheels can be a pain in the ass... But there's nothing like a nice frame-scraping stance ;) for those of you car enthusiasts.

Off day. No cardio.

175.5lbs in the morning after a bowl of oats and a protein shake.

Nothing else to report.
 
Thinking about going back with the ketogenic diet with M-F <50g and Sat/Sun 250+.

Any thoughts? I did this last year and lost 20 pounds in 2 months, but I did lose some strength. I've been keeping carbs in this time to maintain my strength. Which has worked incredibly well. Strength has increased and fat has decreased.

I'm 9-11% bf right now and think I would almost have to go keto to get below 6-7%.

I'm up to roughly 30-45 minutes of cardio 4 days per week. And 20mins 2 days per week.--- Average of 3 hours per week.
 
gw will help in a diet with lower fat/mod-high carb diet, because it will help bypass a good deal carbs and go right to fat burning but if you are at a rut right now, give it a shot because sarms are anti-catabolic and will help hold muscle and a very low carb diet.Just dont go overboard on the cardio on a super low carb stage or you might risk losing a bit of muscle, even on sarms.
