Insulin and Myostatin

Hey guys, another question for y'all. Hoping to get some feedback

Alright, it's not new knowledge that typically muscle gains start to stall out around the 8-9 week mark of a cycle, and usually stop around the 12 week mark. Usually to combat this, a person would up their dosages or add in another compound that is more anabolic than the ones they are using to blast through the plateaus. But again, your body will adapt and the muscle gains will start to stall.

So how would insulin play a role in this? I mean, it is the most anabolic hormone in the world. Thinking about adding it in around 8 week mark. Would this do the trick you think?

Unless you really know what you're doing with insulin I wouldn't advise using it.

Myostatin is in the title but it wasn't mentioned. Were you asking if it actually inhibits myostatin?

The stalled muscle gains would be from myostatin. I am asking if insulin would be enough to blast through it to continue further muscle growth

I've been thinking about this too. If gains stall out at around the 8 week mark then doing one bodypart a week (which is what I do) really means only 8 workouts per bodypart per cycle before you stop growing. That really sucks.

I have to ask myself though, if adding more/better/more androgenic drugs keeps things moving then is it really myostatin thats inhibiting further gains, or homeostasis?

I think myostatin and homeostasis are one in the same.

Thinking about using it weeks 1-4, 9-12, and 17-20 in my upcoming cycle to try to get as much muscle as possible.

actually using Insulin the risks out weigh the rewards if anything if you want to keep increasing gains you need to A-add more protein

B- completely change routine and training intensity
Back off on cardio for a while

The use of insulin may have you insulin dependent so you may have to use it every day the rest of your life. So lot of risks involved as you get older including amputation of lower body parts(toes, Feet ,etc)I know this by
my vast experience in the medical field .
