Hey everybody, I'm a long time lurker and have many hours of research logged I'm sure! some specs are 5'11'', 170ish lbs, I would be guessing at my body fat but pretty lean last time i measured i was well under 8-9%. Heres what I'm looking at for a first cycle so far, I know theres things to add and correct but theres just so many compounds and opinions our there its mind boggling.diet is approx. 3,000 calories, 300g carbs, 225g protein, 100g fat(almost there still working on keeping it consistent). anyways heres what i have so far
weeks 1-8: Test prop 75mg EOD OR 10-12 weeks test E at 350 mg/week (2x week)
weeks 4-8: Winstrol 50 mg ED
Whole cycle: hcGenerate (or HCG?)
*I understand this isn't all I need, I really need some help on putting together the support and pct. I'm familiar with most of the compounds just looking for help and suggestions for a proper post/support
I also really want to avoid water retention and bloat.
Questions:
1) I have natural gyno and want to avoid adding any and plan on trying letro to get rid of it. what all can I do to prevent gyno while on cycle!?
2) is hcGenerate usefull or should i just get real hcg
