I'm not trying to be a bitch I was genuinely confused about how she could be on so many meds with no results, the physical ailments I never asked about and they do sound very debilitating. I work with a bipolar schizophrenic woman/mother and she has other medical and mental health issues on top so I do know how hard it can get.

I never said no one deserve help, I'd love to take benefits from the parents I work with and give them to people like your friend, some people truely need it.

I'm certain they work. Nobody takes $2k of meds if there's no benefitting from them. Just because they don't let her live a totally "normal" life, doesn't mean they aren't working.

Unfortunately, we both probably know that any meds she's taken to subdue her various psychoses likely comes with sides almost as severe.

I'd say it's more likely, if their disorder is *that* severe, the meds *don't* equalize them enough to live and work "normally" than it is that they do - in my experience.
