Nips getting tingly

Pretty sure I know the answer already but want to run by the pros.

First cycle, 500mg test cyp/wk been taking .25mg adex EOD for the last week as a preventative measure (no symptoms).

Today think my nips may be getting a little tingly. Should I bump the adex dosage up to .5mg EOD?

If so, should I stay at that dosage for the duration of my cycle? How long should it take before I start to see a positive effect, or decide that I need to up the dose.

As its my first cycle I am not sure if I am gyno prone. I do have some letro if the shit hits the fan.

Bump it to .5 should be a few days and stay with .5 eod for the duration. You should get bloodwork to check where your e2 levels are at so you can better manage your levels as well as see where your test levels are at. Privatemdlabs.com choose the female hormone panel since it checks what you need and they don't care if you're a guy plus it's a lot cheaper than the male version. I am in Canada and where I am there are no private tests :( Right or wrong, better or worse I am going to try to feel my way through this first cycle. I can travel to another province to get private tests, which I will do but can't afford the time or expense right now. I so wish I could just pay for a private test.

Dude just go to the doc and tell him what's up , I'm in canada my doc will do bloods whenever I ask him , free of charge

Of sorry bro I didn't see that you're in Canada. Well that sucks, just stick with .5 eod and you should be good any higher and you could start to have your e2 levels crash

I really don't want to for various reasons. I don't have a prob telling a doc I'm juicing, just not MY doc. She knows my whole family - folks, kids, and we talked about TRT (I have very low T). She will freak that I am doing this.

Any chance I could go see another doc without her knowing? could a walk-in order a hormonal workup?

I don't have forma.

Also, I'm not really sure if it is even happening - I may just be paranoid. Nips are hard and I've been fucking with them all morning so now they feel manhandled. Yesterday a dude at the gym pinched my nip which got this whole thing started. Why the hell do people do that? I felt like dropping that guy but would have been so out of character for me...

I think I'm going to stay with .25 for another day or so and see if its really happening, unless you guys convince me otherwise. I really want to get the feel for how my body reacts to test. I am getting mild but managable shoulder/back acne and libido is through the roof not to mention performance at the gym. Since i have letro on hand I have some confidence that if worse comes to worse I have a plan to address that (hopefully not over confident).

Without sounding like a pussy schmuck want to thank everyone here. This place is a godsend and you guys are awesome to help us newbs.

Be careful as nipp sensitivity is the first sign before shit gets worse. Adex is very strong and adding 0.25 can have a big impact. A little forma will allow you to make small adjustments without overdoing it. And you can always just back off and be good the next day, unlike adex which will take a few days to normalize.

Might be overreacting a bit. It happens to a lot of people on cycle. People start playing with their tits trying to find problems that aren't there. In any case, increasing your Adex dosage won't hurt and you can at least be pro-active if any issues were present.
