Hi johnelli
Agree with everything that's been said. Just to add...
The reason why you feel the need to pee all the time is because as your prostate enlarges it squeezes the bladder, kidding your brain into thinking you need to empty yourself (bladder not sack

). However, as you know, you can't seem to pee when you do get to the lavvy. That's because there's not much urine in the bladder, but the pressure form the prostate makes it feel like it's full to the brim.
Sadly, prostate cancer is a big hereditary problem in my dad's side of the family. I've lost three uncles to it in the last 10-years. Anyway, what I'm saying is that, none of them had ever experienced BPH prior to their cancers (all of them were diagnosed in their late-sixties). Many guys, and understandably so, are worried that BPH and prostate cancer are connected. As previous reponders to your post have already said though, this is not usually the case at all, and I'm glad your PSA test has proved this to be so in your case.
Winstrol, by its very nature, is very androgenic, and is probably one the worsed choice of any oral or injectable, if you want a particularly prostate friendly substance.
Stick with your HRT and maybe consider upping your testosterone dose a tad if you really want to cycle again. At least then, you'll know with experience how your body reacts to test. compounds. Oh, and don't forget a good on-cycle AI.
Wishing you good health for the future.
