Test e dbol cycle

Hey so I'm 22 years old been training 3 years 200 pounds 9% bf 6 ft tall

Will be running test e 10 weeks 500mg a wee
Dbol 40mg a day weeks 1-4
Arimidex 0.5mg e3d

Pct will be clomid 100mg first 2 days then 50mg weeks 1 and 2 then 25mg a day weeks 3 and 4

What are people's thoughts on this first cycle?
 
Your pct is shit bro. not calling you a liar at all, but to only have been training 3 years you have some monster stats...

I wouldn't run a cycle at 22 but if your stats are legit then you'll probably do it anyway.

Start your pct two weeks after last pin. Run for 4

Stats are legit bro, was 220 at about 15% bf but cut down, do you no recommend doing clomid higher on the first few days?

good work then so far buddy. Is this going to be your first run?

Any time you get over about 50mgs of clomid, you'll level out and then side affects surpass the benefits. It has it's uses, but 25mgs a day for 4 weeks is about perfect. You need those otc supps to really beef up your pct so you can keep your gains from the cycle. Look up some of the pct threads here, you'll find plenty of info, but the one I layed out is basically the best modern protocol you can find
 
Yeah first cycle hoping for some good gains, ill follow the pct you posted thanks bro, do you think I can get back up to 220 without increasing my bf very much? Diet will be 300 protein 400 carbs 70 fat to start with then will up protein and carbs as cycle goes on
 
If you eat enough, you're going to blow up. You'll never again see gains like you will on your first cycle, so make sure you take advantage of it. You could easily get back to 220, but you are going to gain a little bf% from the dbol. It makes you hold water, there is just no way to sugar coat that bro. You have to eat clean, and make sure your AI is running to try and keep some bloat down, but you'll still hold a good deal of water.

If there is any way to change your AI to aromasin, I would do so. It actually kills estrogen instead of suppressing it. Run it 12.5mgs every other day through the cycle.

You'll also need a liver supplement such as N2Guard for the 4 weeks that you're on the DBol if you value your guts lol
 
Eatings not normally a problem was doing 5000 cals a day last bulk. Yeah I'll make sure I have liver protection aswell. Starting this cycle as soon as I get my unleashed and post cycle I have everything else. Can't wait

Good on you for doing some good research before just sticking a pin in your ass like half the new guys here.

One huge tool you should use if you have time is to run a log of your cycle. look around at some'm of them to see how it's done. You basically have a running thread of your cycle and update us on how you're doing as you progress, and any issues you run into there are some very smart guys here who will jump to help you out. It's a chance to make some great gains as the bros here can help you tweak diet and training to really blow up.
 
Yeah I wanted to make sure everything was ok before I start. Yeah I might do that time is an issue for me right now. What's your thoughts on training while in cycle train the same at natty or can you train muscles more often? Read different things about this.
 
Typically you shouldn't change your routine while on cycle, but after about 3-4 weeks you're going to notice some great recovery. This can be a good and a bad thing. Don't take it as a sign that your muscles are ready to take another beating just because they aren't sore.

If you have an off day in your routine, use it as a cardio day since you want to stay as lean as you can, don't push yourself into overtraining.

You should be fine to train the same muscle groups every 5 days. For bulking, check out Stevesmi's signature. He has a link for a good bulking routine for lifting
