first post same stupid questions

as fare as what i want to run latter down the road in a short cycle. i was hoping to find out what i should add or subtract from the gear i have presently.
as fare as i see here the nolvadex is off the table. maybe its all off the table. we haven't really talked much about what i have "sitting around" i do understand that
its not time to "pute together my gear" yet but i dont want to be sitting on crap that will never get used. as fare as what i still need. if it makes every one more comfortable to
not share this kinda stuff yet than thats fine but at least stere me towards what to dispose of and what to keep in the "kitty" so to speak.
at "stevesmi" drug profiles.com is a good read. i was amazed this kinda mind set was shared so openly.
at "dylangemelli" i was kinda stuck on the idea of a short cycle in the beginning. im still hanging in that mind set now. im glad a few of you agree its better to start short and work long.
i like to be able to track my reactions good and bad with each thing i do. so a test cycle onely does sound like its were i would be leaning down the road.

just the help in were to find information has me picking up info so much faster than just pecking at the keyboard and hoping to come across good solid info.

im always here to help bro... first things first... you have to get that body fat down at least to 15% before you even consider starting a cycle... once you do that, i can definitely set you up a nice first timer cycle that will help you get started in the right way... work hard, work on your diet especially and when your ready, come back and we will get you all set up!

thanks again sounds like a good solid pre plan to me.
getting my diet dialed in seems to be my toughest part right now. im so use to grazing on junk and that i blow a good disciplined meal regiment. but im doing better and sent my buddy home with all the junk food in my cabinets last week.
am i being to forward by asking what i should discard from my little "gear bag" ?
i really dont want to keep anything on hand that i would never use.

DIET is what you need right now.

cut out sugars and salts. that is the first step before anything. you admit you have a problem with snacking. when you are watching tv your mind will want to eat, even if you aren't hungry. this is a major problem with people. if you are sitting at home watching the game you will get the munchies. you have to just turn the tv off and get more active.

throw the tv away, or hell get a treadmill and walk while you are watching the game.

totally agree... this is where the dvr comes in handy because when commercials come on, peoples natural tendency is to get up and eat because we want to constantly be doing something... you need to keep yourself active as much as possible if snacking is a problem for you... you also need to eat things like fiber and higher protein, that keep you full and satisfied much longer... i have a feeling your snacking does not consist of this type of macro... also drinking more water will help as well... its a mental thing more than anything though... once you learn how to deal with the mental aspect of pretty much everything in life, you can allow yourself to become more of a success...
 
all except for the tv thing you guys nailed it. im not big on tv. i actualy onely have cable for the cheaper Internet..
but just basic boredom gets me. i parked the riding mower for the rest of the year and am on a push onely from here on out. takes more than twice as long but it keeps me moving.
i go through a little under a gallon of watter now on a normal day. hot days i will do a ton more. i work in the construction field so staying active is not a big problem.
i moved all the junk out of my house a wile ago and haven't touched any sense. i can actualy feel my energy levels increasing.
i keep meaning to grab some healthier snacks. (snow peas / carrots) for my light snaking craves. when they hit me hard im all about the fruit. should i be concerned with sweet fruits?
mangoes / pears stuff like that. i usually have a good amount of them and bananas around for when i feel like "grazing" and it works great.

they are okay in moderation but I would not be slamming them bro... look at things like greek yogurt (only the plain flavor), maybe a can of low sodium tuna, hard boiled egg whites... all of these are great healthy snacks...
 
well this may belong in a new thread. but i will start it here and move it if i should.
the more i read up on the gear i have on hand from before the more i realize you guys are right. im just not prepared or educated enough at this time to run with some thing like that.
I've been reading up on s4 and osta stacks and i do believe im going to run it. i shoped local to this sight. after reading many logs on this and a few other sights. i feel comfortable running it.
im aware of the sight sides and have come to terms with that ;) my son leaves in a few weeks and will be gone until end of Aug so i have a nice window to be sure im not going to get any late night calls
for me to pick him up from a party. so im going to get this going asap.

3 rd week - 10th week

i will be running the s4 5 on 2 off > i may adjust this depending on sides.

week 1
forma 5 pump 2x a day = morn and mid day
forged 2 caps 2x a day = morn and night
week 2
forma 4 pump 2x a day = morn and midday
forged 2 caps 2x a day = morn and night
d- test one full dose in morn
week 3
