Help Setting Up Bulking Cycle + diet

Hey guys,

Ok so break down....

I am 24 6'1 and 190, this will be my 3rd cycle. The first 2 were 12 weeks 500mg/test and 250/decca per wk

My diet is clean and right now off I eat about 2800-3000 calories a day

I wanted to run a similar cycle as my first 2 but maybe incorporate D-bol.

any suggestions or anyone run something similar that they could help me out or make some suggestions?

we can definitely help you out bro... Since you have already ran a similar cycle twice, do you want to try something a bit different or just stick with this? how much weight are you trying to put on?
 
When did you finish your last cycle? Also ... If you are at 190 after 2 test&deca cycles ... How small were you before? I would like for you to get a full blood panel done and post it up here so we can get your pre-cycle numbers and see what is what. Also, what doesnyour training regime look like?
 
Test/Deca/dbol is a pretty damned good bulking stack that should throw weight right on you. Dbol for the first 4 weeks to kickstart things is what I would do. What kind of test are you running? Ester length will make a difference on how thongs are set up. Deca obviously takes a while to get going also.
 
That's the age old bulking cycle, and it's still one of the most effective!

I'd keep my test at 500/wk.
Deca at 350/wk
Dbol for 4 weeks at 30mg/day

What was your pct like the first couple cycles bro?

Also anything for the 19nor sides?
