If you like "turns", you'd love the roads up here. We love riding up here in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Unfortunately, many "flatlanders" do too and every weekend we get reports of newbie riders who are also unfamiliar with the roads up here that "failed to negotiate a turn". It's gorgeous riding up here.
My current bike's primary function is to go fast as fk in a straight line...fuck turns.
Actually, lowering a gsxr 2 inches makes it sit pretty average compared to other bikes, so I can still handle well.
After 2010 or 11 they had more average suspension height, but we're not all ballers like strong bow so buying a 2016 model bike in 2012 is out of the question...
