I'm kind of what you depending on how it's presented. I think it's fine for anybody to discuss his problem, correlate it to their own experiences and knowledge and recommend what worked for them or someone they know. Stuff like that. The point of this board is discussion. SB knows most people here are not therapists or psychologists, he knows these aren't professional opinions.
I'd only have a problem with it really if someone presented the self as a professional an was making careless diagnoses on such little information. That could be harmful.
That being said, I haven't started grad school yet, but I do start my doctoral psychology classes in a couple months, so I'm qualified to take it from here guys, right? Lol
