One reason I could go so large with out much issue is I had big boobs until I started competing. I went from a 36 D to a 34 B then I was a 34 almost A at my last contest if I was really lucky I could get up to a full B in the offseason. Anyways there was extra skin to accomidate so he didn't have to strech the skin much. If you breast feed I know sometimes that can leave some extra skin as well.

When you go for a consult the PS will let you see how it would look they put you in a sports bra and then put implant in the bra. I remember the first consult I went on the PS wouldn't go large then 425 I was not impressed by that LOL Even less impressed when he was like oh no worries we can go under the muscle for anyone. My ass you can I will be recoveing for 3 month or more pass. I was back to light lifting in 6 weeks :)

My back is only screwed up if I role over and sleep on my stomach. Before the twins I was a stomach sleeper but not anymore.

I'm a little bit worried there that the bolded comment might be taken in the pejorative sense.

Just for the record. When a girl with spectacular boobs enters the room and another girl says: "those aren't natural", they are providing insight that is 100% irrelevant, useless and inconsequential.
