Ok so recently finished an 8 week test p 100mg eod and mast p 100 mg eod cycle.
I felt amazing on cycle and strength went up. Pb's all over the place! Minimal sides while on, libido was a bit up and down and a little bacne. I didn't want to come of, even though the eod pinning was getting to me.
I peaked at 87kg. Started cycle at 81kg. I really wanted to keep fat levels down so I don't think I got enough food in to make the most of the gear to be honest.
Training was a 5 day split with cardio abs 1 day a week.
I finished pct 4 weeks ago and I am starting to feel human again. Pct was clomid and nolva, this was the first time I've run a pct and fuck me I felt like shit. Depressed, terrible bacne, boner was non existent for the duration of pct. My back is clearing up now, mood is back to normal and my cock and balls are back : ) finally.
Will need to re think pct for the next cycle!
Since finishing the cycle and pct I decided that I need to shed some of this body fat so I have now started a low carb high protein and fat diet. Also added 4 x 45 min uphill walks pre breakfast to my training week. Would of thought that I would feel tired and not have much in the tank for training but this is not the case. I have been hitting the gym hard and getting stronger?!
Will keep going with this protocol until I get sub 10% then I'm back on the juice ; )
At 14% (checked 2 weeks ago) at the min, 80kg. dropped 7kg since finishing the cycle but feeling stronger and looking better!
