No, we have VERY inexpensive high end education system in Canada, so more citizens are able to afford education. It's not the people's fault, it's your shitty governments fault.

:( it is not stupidity it is apathy. I don't care who does what for which political party. I would rather go biking or rock climbing than talk about politics.
