Monday- Got up feeling really tired. Took 1 pack of Tren NDS and washed it down with a shake. Started with incline today went really smooth felt stronger. Next was flat bench after 4 sets decided to max. Previous high was 320 well today 330lbs!! After that I killed the rest of my workout! Went up on every exercise. Even 10lbs on flys. So 1 week in and strength has gone up, better mood, and alot more energy. I hope this is just a taste of what's to come. Anyway weighed in at 195lbs. Back tomorrow.
