We got some new tires at my gym, and one was about 700lbs, I went to flip it, got it half way up and went to switch my grip/pop it up with my right knee, and the weight of the tire hit my knee at the wrong angle and blew it out. went to the er, got x rays etc, I dislocated it but for some reason my tendons were very strong (thank u Deca) and nothing tore. I went to the orthopedic surgeon the next day, and he said to take a week off and I have clearance to train legs including squats. Just wrap it and start light and use my discretion. Got a brand new set of Inzer wraps coming. I dodged a bullet with this one. He thinks due to my strength and nature of the injury, 6 weeks I should be back to normal
