correct winny cycle

Just got a cycle of winny. 50mg tablets, I have 56 and was told to take one a day for 8 weeks. Just wanting to make sure there isnt something im missing or anything. They are yellow, square, scored with BD on the scored side and 50 on the non-scored side. thanks.

also after reading a little bit i am curious as to if it is ok to run winny on its own?

It doesn't sound like you know enough to even think about aas. Stats/age/training history are needed around here for most advice. And as for now, don't do what "someone just tells you to" before research and knowledge.
