A little under control like i said i got a new dog so my allergies led to a sinus infection so im pretty sure thats the cause, and ya my diet is super strict and for the most part goes

1st meal 35g protein shake, 40g complex carbs, 5g BCAA
2nd meal 5 eggs, 5 slices turkey bacon, 2 pieces wheat toast
3rd meal 8 oz turkey burger, 1 brown rice
4th meal 35g protein shake 40g complex carbs 5g BCAA
5th meal post workout - 45g protein shake, 40g carbs, 5g creatine, 5g BCAA
6th 8 oz chicken breast, 1 cup rice or sometimes just a carb shake
7th meal 35g protein shake, 40g complex carbs, 5g BCAA

at first the superdrol made me dead tired until i went ape shit on my carb intake lol, also the diet does vary, sometimes i snack on peanut butter n shit
also had to stop taking my preworkout, 2 days ago it was too much for me with the increase blood pressure from the preworkout and superdrol combined on my ride home from the gym i felt so dizzy and my skin was cold to the touch it scared me for my health, any other questions feel free to ask, also the huge strength gains i keep hearing about havent happened yet, oh well goodthing i do BB and not powerlifting, also the pumps on this shit might be stronger than dbol, its rediculous
 
today is day 9, went from being up 9 pounds day 6 to being up 9.5 day 9, so only a .5 lb gain, hopefully this isnt a sign of the superdrol slowing down already lol, anyway i can notice my body composition changing.
My muscles just look way more FULL, but still makes me wonder why such a drastic weight increase in the first 6 days then the sudden halt, anyways im happy and pretty much everyone i know has noticed a change
 
well looks like everything is rolling along pretty well, EXCEPT!

1- i cannot stress this enough ,everyone meeds to have a BP monitor ,they're cheap so theres no excuse not to have one, especially if you cycle.

2 make sure you're drinking enough water and supplement this with cranberry juice

3 N2 guard and krill oil..Use it! Use RADAR15 and get 15% off

3 make sure you're getting at least 2 grams of protein for every pound of body weight, Mixed nuts are a good way to supplement bet meals they are calorie dense,loaded with micro nutrients and a good source of omega 3 farry acids. take 2 hand fulls 3-4 time a day.

No offense taken bro, I wouldnt say odd, its just i know superdrol is a very strong compound so i dont wanna go on a calorie or carb deficit because i want to grow as much muscle fiber as possible, than after the superdrol is done and i start the winstrol, i plan on cleaning up my diet a little, i was thinking of running besides the winny but i thought maybe the winny would be a good mild oral to help solidify my results than a strong compound that might not be as easily kept if that makes sense, also wanted a little something extra for when the test kinda slow down

also plan on running a sust tren cycle this summer to cut
 
I got nosebleeds from Dbol at 50mg...found out my BP was thru the roof!!!

Lucky me, I went to the doctor when I was on a tren, test, dbol cycle and they gave me a script for some BP meds! All under control now:)
