This thread actually restores my hope on this site actually. I have been here on and off for a long time and everyone always used to just pitch in and help one another. There really wasn't alot of this putting peoples products or knowledge down. More just agree to disagree. Glad to see this is not going unoticed. Kinda lame when people just bash others who have been successful in helping people.

I will assist in this effort as well, I'm tired of warning people for there post or there conduct, as well! In response to the gentleman that asks how to become a mod, there is no set rules on becoming one! It just means the Mods and Mentors volunteer there time to ensure we (Elite Fitness) have the best and most reputatable AAS board on the Internet . It's a lifestyle!

<-----------this guy right here is what I mod needs to be like on elie and you can bet your ass he will be one some day very soon.

If anyone wants to help out just report threads when you see some prick getting out of line and or breaking the rules.

Its great to see needto stop by and drop the hammer. I have not been a paying member for that long so out of RESPECT Ive been keeping my 2 cents to myself. But i have been reading these threads and even though they can be entertaining at times, i think the line of having an opinion and just being a dick was being crossed over and over. I know that I am a guest in your house and respect the opinions and advice of all the mods whether I agree with them or not. What I have learned from this site has been priceless. Its like having a personal trainer, nutritionist, and pharmacist all for what like 10 bucks a month! Every supplement and peice of advice, that need2, nelson, radar, zedhed, just to name a few, that I have followed has worked exactly the way they said it would. And I probly wouldn't buy anything that they didn't back. One day I hope I have learned enough from all of you that I can return the favor by mentoring the next generation of members. Anyway I think I've stroked you guys enough, I just wanted to thank the mods and anyone else for that matter that has given me great advice whether to me directly or through a post that you took the time to write. I think you just got a lifetime plat member. So thanks again need2 and the rest of the mods for taking out the trash. So everyone that is left can get back to using EF for what its intended for, which I think is helping fellow brothers and pushing each other past what we thought our limits are..... gotta go I've been on the crapped this whole time my legs are numb.......

Will do bro! Thanks for all your help! I am on it now! Tried to restart my monthly and it would not take it. Maybe that was luck considering CEO just told me about a disc on lifetime. Yes sir..
