Hello Everyone,
After reading all the posts in forum, I bought the Big blast and will be trying it later this week. A few questions on the usage:
1) Usually I mix my whey protein with oats in morning and consume. Can I mix oats, fruits/berries with big blast and consume or better to consume it by itself? I am using the cinnamon bun flavor.
2) If combining with usage of GEAR capsules; what's the best way to go about this?
3) Can it be consumed on non-training days or specifically on training days?
