Big blast usage

Hello Everyone,

After reading all the posts in forum, I bought the Big blast and will be trying it later this week. A few questions on the usage:

1) Usually I mix my whey protein with oats in morning and consume. Can I mix oats, fruits/berries with big blast and consume or better to consume it by itself? I am using the cinnamon bun flavor.

2) If combining with usage of GEAR capsules; what's the best way to go about this?

3) Can it be consumed on non-training days or specifically on training days?

You can use it any way you like though I'm not sure if mixing oats and berries would work for my with the Cinnabun flavor, taste wise. I like it with milk and a dash of powdered cinnimun or pumpkin pie spice!

As for GEAR, I like it pre and post workout, whenever I go too long without food or to boost a low protein meal.
 
Thank you Nelson. I did try it this morning- just big blast + whole milk + cinammon powder and it tastes delicious. One more question- Can i consume big blast on non-training days or is it specifically for training days?

Depends on your goals. It's great as an anabolic boost post workout but if you really want to put on some serious size, add 2 shakes a day in addition to your regular caloric intake every day. (Do not use as a meal replacement). If so, it's best to get a few different flavors so not to get tired of it. Double chocolate, tropical orange, Cinnabun, Banana and Fruit Punch are my favs.

It's a bit of a commitment, and an investment, but ask anyone who's done it. You'll GROW!
 
nelson designed the formula so you cant really argue, but at 2 (3scoop) servings a day thats 1 tub a week.. if i could afford it i would for sure but this is the way i took my big blast and gear:

1 scoop big blast as soon as i woke up, 2 scoops big blast and 1 scoop of whey post workout, couple gear caps pre and post workout, but mostly i kept the bottle of gear by my bed, took some whenever i got up to go to the bathroom, as soon as i woke up, right before going to sleep, i would put some in a bag and bring them to work to take in case my meals were lacking or in between meals. the rest of the time i just took whey iso, and casein with oats peanut butter and whole milk before bed.

as far as a post workout blend though big blast + some gear caps is the perfect formula. also good at ending your catabolic state quick after waking up
 
Thanks a lot Nelson and Diefaster. I may try the banana flavor; never really liked the other flavors in protein before.

I am currently using the 2 scoops serving before work-out as I workout pretty early in morning around 6 am. I take the gear post-workout.


Diefaster - I do like your suggestion of using 2 scoops big blast + 1 scoop whey post-workout but won't it be too much protein at one time? i try to limit myself to around 40 g protein at one time for duration of 2-3 hours after reading lot of articles;I may be wrong about it.

Again I have been using N2BM products since March this year and improvements have been tremendous; so I am pretty sure with all the good reviews for Big blast and if I stick with it definitely will see good results.
