friday...
took my normal trt dose of test today...
will be aiming for taking the cytostane every 12 hours at the 9's... usually i can wake up by then even if i have a late night at work...
what the heck is this stuff?! this is some potent aas for real... ive had some allergies the last week because i live in the CA central valley where all the crap in the air surrounding us settles... my daughter was lucky, but my boys have asthma because of this nasty air... anyways, i wasnt expecting quite the workout i had because of my alergies... had a lot of sinus pressure, but otherwise i physically felt fine going in...

1x205 very easy, nice PL technique with a long pause at the bottom... my shoulder felt good about it...

1x365 would probably be good for 3, but wasnt trying to totally obliterate it today... yet...

5x275 w/light knee wraps, tied PR, didnt plan on doing these many but they went smooth
2x315 w/heavy wraps (i use inzer true blacks) PR on reps
0x350 leaned forward too far... had it out of the hole but wasnt focusing right on keeping my chest high... i will get this in 2 weeks...

1x315 easy, making sure my technique is still there as i havent done a back squat in probably 6 weeks...

3x145 all time PR, last rep was one of the ugliet struggles ive had in years... first two were very nice, the third belonged in the 'moron's at the gym thread'... i do my militaly presses from a dead stop off the collorbone, full ROM... wanted that 165, as that is my current bodyweight today, that will happen...

noticing some minor sides... light acne on my chest, possible insomnia issues, we'll see how that goes... but DAMN this stuff has my ass focued, the description from IML is that its supposed to be like anavar or primo, i have tried neither, but this feels more like a cross of tren and dbol to me :evil: ...
as a powerlifter, my goal is to move three lifts... point a to point b... carbs give me strength... this is what i ate today, and it tasted great lol

had at least a gallon of water...

will have another meal shortly, probably some ice cream...
this is how my weekends look... durning the work week i get more healthy foods in there... but i could really care less about eating healthy... i stay very lean considering what i eat, but my only goal in this is to move weight from point a to point b- when i have to make weight i can diet a little and drop 10lbs of water when the time comes... i would rather die happy a couple years early and be stronger during the journey then spend my whole life worrying about every calorie i eat...

i did not decide to do the olympia this year to lose... i feel a special hate in myself right now, this is my time, my moment... i feel like every day i am one more step closer to that stage... just typing this gets my adrenaline flowing... i want to feel pain

no gym today... had a lot of energy at work this morning, and saturday nights i dont get a lot of sleep because sun is the only morning i work, the rest of the week is nights...
todays diet so far...
430am huge bowl of resses puffs cereal in milk
1/4lb breakfast sausage

830am burger and fries made from home
red bull

1030am 50gm protein drink
nutrageous bar

1215 1/3lb chicken tenders
cup broccoli
small red potato
gatorade

will make a small meal now, and then im putting a tri tip and some stuffed scallops on the bbq for eats during the game... and then whatever my wife decides for sides...

no bloat, so that wont be an issue... no joint pain either, which is awesome... my sinuses are still messed up though, and i did feel a little fluish yesterday, but not today (i get this almost everytime i add a new compound, but it never lasts longer than a day)...
legs still a bit sore, shoulder felt great at work... i will be ready for a PR pull on wendsday...

i dont think i wrote out the routine yet, but for the most part it looks like this:

2x3x175 only last rep was a bit hard... i am doing the Ed Coan bench press program, if i didnt mention before, along with the Ed Coan deadlift routine... for those of you that dont know, he was one, if not THE greatest powerlifter in history... we are talking 900lb deadlift @220, and i know genetics are a big factor, but i chose to follow his routines...

my sinuses are reallly messed up... my right ear is plugged bad, i thougt it would mess up my equilibrium, but i did fine... when i benched i could feel change in the pressure in the ear... had to focus a lot to not let it distract me... still taking the antibiotic 2xday, coughing up some greenish brown shit... i had this before starting the cyanostane... speaking of which, my acne has lessened... body probably getting used to the compound... also, bw down to about 162, so ive lost water... doubt its fat the way im eating... but still no joint pain, so all is good...

that rotten sore on the face of mother earth gets bigger...

im doing Ed Coan bench and deadlift like stated above... they started about 8 weeks ago and have been ramping up... so even though i would call monday 'heavy' bench, it started off fairly deloaded... i still feel like i could do a lot more, but i dont want to compromise the routine with overtraining, so im sticking to it for the compounds...
the leg work is just what i feel like i have energy for at the end of the week...
also the military pressing is all added in on my own... but i havent been doing it until just this week... seems my bench work has helped play a role in bringing it up... so like todays military presses, i know i could have done more, and i still had a few strong reps... i want to keep a feel for the weight if anything... but i will admit after the heavier bench work they are harder than after light bench and legs...

rest day... tuesdays are usually slow at work (8hr night)... which is nice for the day before i deadlift...

check out the link in my sig below... was surfing last night and ran into that page... more motivation to make it to the top...
