Whats up guys. Planning my 4th cycle and hoping to get strong and lean. I wanna gain mass as well but I want to rip up and get an 8 pack. I know this is all about diet; however I keep a 6 pack when I do bulking cycles and eat whatever and gain 25 lbs, so I know this will give me an edge. Obviously I am gonna tighten up my diet, but it wont be perfect. I have a busy schedule and sometimes I just gotta scarf something down just to get something in.
Anyway I took the last 3 months off because I am a new dad (yay me) and I havent found time to get to the gym. This week is the first time Ive been and I am friggen sore! Lost a lot of strength but hopefully it will come back quickly. The plan is to start the cycle as soon as I gain about 5 lbs and get most of my strength back.
I have found that in the past cycles, I seem to gain a lot of strength on cycle, but then lose a lot of it as well. This has happened for numerous reasons; getting sick in post cycle, not eating enough, and this last one of just becoming a new dad and stop working out altogether. That HAS to change with this cycle. In the past Ive always taken more bulking steroids; test/dbol/beastdrol/anadrol. Ive also taken masteron before.
BTW my stats are 5'9", 186lbs, 10% BF.. I dont plan on taking cycle until I get to 190-195lbs.
Here is my cycle I plan to take:
Test e week 1-12 - 750mg
Helladrol week 1-5 - 5 caps
Tren e week 5-12 - 500mg

Couple queastions before I order everything:
1) Should I add another compound to my cycle? Problem is that I dont wanna gain even more strength/size on cycle if I am just gonna lose it, Im almost thinking that a low dose cycle would be more beneficial for keeping gains long term. I hate the roller coaster effect that has been happening to me because of taking large doses and multiple compounds. however, I have not done the best job of trying to keep gains post cycle.
2) What can I do to maximize my strength post cycle? I am thinking of taking creatine, eating MORE food than when I was on, and maybe doing a 5/3/1 routine.
