18 year old Test e cycle

i used to have biceps and tri's on thursday only, but swtiched it up after 8 weeks, on monday i do light bis and tris and thursday i hit them hard. should i still switch it? just train them once a week?
 
What side effects do you have from running a cycle at 17?

Height: 5'11, dad is 5'9, moms 5'4 , im planning on going to the doc to see if my plates have closed yet.

weight: 175
bf: around 10-15%
I have creatine mono, whey protein, and c-4(pre-workout), and multi-vitamin
Sides are different for everyone. My T levels are very low around 250ish so I will probably be on HRT much sooner than I would have had to, I had gyno had to have surgery for it, high blood pressure I was 136 over 96 for a while when I was 18-19, possibly closed growth plates, but theres no proof steroids can do this. Your body is not at a point to where it will benefit from AAS better than good ole proper nutrition & training.

Dang! 6 bottles of Ph and no Pcts? how do you think it would have turned out if the cycles had been run properly?

if your training them light it would be ok twice a week, id still give more than 2 days rest tho. If your hitting them hard then 1 time per week. I used to do back/bis and chest/tris on different days, now im hitting tris/bis 1x per week on the same day. like I said tho weightlifting forum people will be able to give ya some good ideas to revamp your training, im not gonna be able to do as good a job giving you ideas as the bros in there could.

There's nothing wrong with hitting them twice a week AS LONG as your recovery and nutrition are on point. The science of bodybuilding/weightlifting comes down to what you do outside of the gym. You can bust your ass for 2 hours a day 5 days a week in there, but if what you're doing outside the gym is shit.. you're pissing in the wind. That being said, you can be one of those guys that just goes in there and throws around some weight, get's a little definition and think they are the shit or really pay attention, do research, commit yourself inside & outside and become a bad ass, it's up to you what you want.
