18 year old Test e cycle

Im 18, i know im going to get flamed for this, mind you i will listen to what all of you have to say. Im here to ask questions and im hoping i will get mature answers in return. I have been lifting since i was 14. Im leaning toward running this cycle

250mg Test E for 10 weeks
Nolva on hand in case signs of gyno appear

pct: start 2 weeks after last pin
[FONT=&quot]Day 1 - 300mg
Day 2-11 - 100mg/day
Day 12-21 - 50mg/day


From what i have read hcg is not required for this cycle, but im willing to spend the extra money on buying if it should be necessary for me.
Im keeping it just test so i know how my body responds to it also low dosage so i can get the feel for it.

I eat 3,500-4,000 cals daily
minimum of 175g protein

I am willing to learn from what you all have to say

NO. No one on this board will offer you advice on AAS if your under 21. If they do they will not find themselves around here very much longer.

Head on over to the diet, weightlifting, and supplement forums and you can be better assisted there.
 
I hope you understand 4 years of lifting or 8 years i doesnt mather

Its the way you do it post youre training way here and your diet let people first have à look at that

I made à mistake at youre age thinking i was ready but truly my training way was à no go

Try sups instead and after that you can always make youre dissicion

You wont get advice on AAS. Instead, I suggest you do your own research or ask somewhere else. Being you're only 18, you just gotta get your body dialed in and you'll see pretty good results!

The right information is don't do it.

It's against the rules for you to ask for help and anyone to offer help on AAS to you.

With that said your more then welcome to stay on the boards and like I said above check out the diet, weightlifting, and supplement sections.
 
Monday: Chest, Traps, Biceps, Tri's
Wednesday: Legs, Lats
Thursday: Back, Biceps, Tri's, Abs, light chest

hardly ever eat fast food maybe once every 2 weeks
meats used in meals are: chicken, fish, steak

It sounds like you have done a good bit of research, but im sure with all that you have read you know how many people advise against starting this young. Like Jmat said diet, weightlifting, supplement forums. Post your stats, height, weight, bf% you already put age and training down. Do you use any supplements like creatine, glutamine, protein? If not those stacked will help you make amazing gains.

What side effects do you have from running a cycle at 17?

Height: 5'11, dad is 5'9, moms 5'4 , im planning on going to the doc to see if my plates have closed yet.

weight: 175
bf: around 10-15%
I have creatine mono, whey protein, and c-4(pre-workout), and multi-vitamin

I would cross out biceps monday and triceps thursday, your only giving them 2 days rest in between, may be overtraining them. Post your workouts in the weighlifting forum and people can toss around some ideas that will help you make gains, body will get used to the same routine gotta switch it up, thats the way it is for me anyway.
