Is 500mg/week low enough for a first cycle? The other option was to go 350mg a week, but it's hard to gather info when I read material saying otherwise and people spewing different info at me.

What do you see low dosage being at for a starter?

I'll remind you guys that I already have the test sustanon and arimidex, but won't start the cycle for maybe another month(or more) till 100% facts are straight and have enough money to buy the nolvadex.

With the arimidex capsules at 1mg/capsule, should I portion it out? It's going to be a bitch since I don't have a scale(and don't want to waste money on one...). If possible I would like to just take the 1mg arimidex capsules without altering them. If i were to take the capsules as is, how would I do dosage for 1mg/capsule?

I took too much anastrozole and it limited my gains - I think 2 x a week 0.5 is the right dose as the life is 3 days. Capsules are a problem unless they are dosed that way.

Mon / wed / friday for the sustanon. I have some as well it is actually tricky to keep your blood levels consistent despite that being the idea. I have read you should take one initial higher dose to start (like 1000) then switch to regular dosing as the longest acting ester is one month in life.

I guess I could do the 1000mg in first week, but then that would leave me at only 9 week cycle. I thought that any test cycle under 10 weeks is a waste. :S maybe 9 weeks wont make much of a difference? ughh?

just stick to 2x week for injections, 3.5 days apart. example--Monday morning, thurs night. next time order liquid arimadex and take 1/8 mg daily. Then slightly increase if needed.

Bro on your arimidex take it as and if you need it. Some bros dont even use it at 500 mg test/week. But I have to use it or aeromasin. If your nips get sensitive or itchy then you need it. With the size of your caps just take one per week and see how that does you. Like RADAR said tabs are easier to devide.

The other bro's are right just do 2 x a week then. I did 150, 3 x a week.

You will see how your body responds - 1 week won't make or break it. I think others can chime in but an 8 week cycle works for many people.

yea you should be fine doing 500mg/wk of sustanon if it truely is your first cycle...also are you taking anything else?
