People normally run D-bol at a way too high of a dose...Ask people like RADAR, you can run 10-20mg cycles and do absolutely fine and minimize sides...Hell RADAR and a few others know you can CUT with low dose D-bol as well.
This is very interesting.. Ppl always talk about running 50mg+ and they get big but gain a lot of water weight. Blow up and then even deal with gyno problems.. Thats what has always kept me away. Since I am kinda prone to gyno. Even tho ive never done a cycle.. But I hear the pumps are good and the strength is awesome.. Nice to know tht 20 mg can still work just as good...
Sweet spot for me with test was usually 25-30mg. I actually started with 10mg when I was younger, and have tried up to 40mg, but 25-30 is usually good. And yes, higher doses can cause gyno, pumps, lethargy, etc, but it's not the case for everyone.
I'm using 70 mgs, zero bloat, strong as a bull, but I'm diffrent than most. Start @ 20 mgs and move up according to bloat and any unwanted sides. 20 mgs is a very good begining dose.
