60 day fat loss journey

I'm 6'1, 190lbs, about 13-15%bf.

Supplement Info:
I'm running Forged Burner, need2slin, fish oil, multi vitamins, also have some adderlin on the way.

Not sure about my dosing, i'm thinking about starting with 1 forged burner. and 3 need2slin a day, 6 fish oils a day, and multi vitamin as directed.

I figure when the adderlin comes in, I will eiher start my day with forged burner, then take adderlin at lunch, or alternate days..not sure about this but wouldn't mind suggestions :)

Weight Training Info:

I am going to be lifting twice a week, not sure what days, thinkin Tuesday and Friday
Doing Wendlers 5/3/1, there are 4 workouts but im' doing them in a 2 day split

Cardio Training Info:

Since I absolutely hate cardio, my girlfriend got the insanity workout from a friend and we're going to do that every morning, fasted. So that's 6 mornings a week some type of cardio exercise.

Also, I train MMA, therefore I Will be doing some cardio at night too :) Probably about 4 times a week.

Diet Info:

Breakfast

5 eggs, 1or 2 full, rest whites
Smoothie (Berries)

Snack
Greek Yogurt
Blueberries
Kashi Cereal

Lunch
Tuna, Ham, Chicken, something with pita bread, lettuce, tomato


Snack
Protein Shake
Almonds


Supper
Steak and Brocolli
Or
Salmon and Asparagus
Or
Lean Beef and veggies(soft tacos)


If I'm hungry later in the night, I will usually have some more eggs.


Also, I aim at at least 4 liters(Gallon) of water a day
 
This morning I had to go get some blood work, so I took a forged burner after and didn't have time to do the insanity but will do it tonight. Forged Burner had me feelin crazy for about 30 minutes but leveled out. My girlfriend is also following similar routine only she has the Alpha Princess Stack. She also felt pretty fuckt up this morning, but we also both had coffee too which might explain it.

I bought some melatonin pills too, because I don' t sleep on the best of times.
 
Did the Insanity workout tonight with my girlfriend. The Fit Test, for the love of fuck it's intense. I'm sure it's partially cause I'm a bit out of shape, but it was a good workout. Going to try and do day 2 in the morning, fasted. Hopefully we don't puke :S
 
Did Insanity Day 2 this morning. Fasted. Girlfriend or I couldn't make it all the way through. I felt nauseous and she was just straight fuckt. Any suggestions on why? I figure dehydration is a part of it since the last couple weeks we slacked on the water intake. Anything else though? Maybe a protein shake before bed or something.

I'm sure it's because we're out of shape and the workout is intense as hell too..


Overall, I feel good, when we woke up at 6:15am we took a forged burner each. After the workout we took a need2slin each with breakfast. eggs and a smoothie
Feel great now :) Not jittery either. It's 8am. I think yesterday we felt so jittery and crazy because of the coffee we had with it.

Report again tomorrow, starting back to lifting next week.
 
the coffee might make it a little worse but that forged burner is damn good. first time i tried it i said fuck it, superpump and some others are all not that effrective anymore on me, ill take 2. i was fucking wired for hours!!!! i might as well sniffed that shit cuz i felt like i just snorted a big bag of something! ive never used need2slin, so i personally would have started that a week or 2 later to see the effects of fburner solo and the difference the need2slin makes. i couldnt do insanity fasted i puked on several occasions.. i also couldnt do it after eating lol puked a few times after waiting approx an hour after breaky. id recommend a protein shake, maybe something small like a banana to get something in your gut a little bit b4 u start up. wait till u get to the pure cardio vid. lol its a mother fucker.... just an fyi.. that was the on that i puked on... almost every time i did it. but hey we arent here to be pussies now are we so kill that shit

Good stuff bro....forged burner+adderllin is a potent stack.

i used the forged burner in the AM prior to fasted LISS cardio and then took the adderllin 4 hours later.
Its no joke bro...you will get a seriuos rush from this.Drink buckets of water. The focus and energy is f**cking crazy .

Drink a shot of cranberry juice, its supossed to relieve cramps and cause you not to puke as much! Good luck on your journey man!
 
March 16th

Tonight I had some MMA, what a workout fuck I was sweating, my cardio didn't feel TOO bad but Im not a good "breather". meaning I tense right up, it's mental I think. I'm too nervous i don't know. but my stomach kidn of hurt a little, like a sharrp pain, nothin serious was prob just my tension. I had beats, salmon and aspargus for supper, could of been the beats.

Anyway, feelin good, going to get up tomorrow and do some INSANITY :)
 
Sorry I was slackin on the log.
last two days Monday the 21st, and today the 22nd I did the Insanity. jesus it doesn't get any easier but my physique is def starting to look different. This morning upon waking I took a forged burner, about 4 or 5 hours later I took an adderill. Didn't really feel any difference but I do feel alert and good. Cravings are def down, not craving anything at all, when i'm hungry I eat my set meal and thats all I need. Feel good, didn't hit the gym today got too behind on some things, toomorrow I am taking the day off INSANITY and going to go do some weights, then later in the night I Will have MMA.
 
Today I woke up, took 2 adderlin (don't really feel much from these, I felt focused and soe good energy but nothing crazy) I also took a forged burner before my workout.

Went to the gym, did Standing Over head Press, dips, wide grip chin ups, deadlifts, good mornings and hanging leg raise. Didn't record any numbers because they are embarrassing, but that's what I get for taking like a month off. Tonight I have MMA, feeling a little tired right now (not crashed tired) just tired, didn't sleep well last night due to a lingering back injury.

Will report back after MMA.


Physically I'm starting to notice fat just dropping off me, could notice some abs this morning upon waking. Feel better, no cravings for shit food either My Girlfriend also reported she doesn't crave snacks or shit food while taking the forged burner :)
 
Last night I had MMA, holy shit I sweat . Felt good though. My stomach hurt a bit, not sure if it was muscle pain from so much punching and kicking(twisting) or if it was from being dehydrated. Didn't sleep too well last night tho, even after taking some melatonin pills, not sure why that is. slept in though which kind of sucks.

besides that I feel good, going to have a good old 12pm breakfast and do it all over.The way things are going this time next week abs will be pretty visible
 
Still going strong, didn't do a whole lot of exercise the weekend, shoulder feels a little tweaked. Def starting to get a good figure losing fat. no sides from the pills, at all. feelin good. taken a couple melatonin pills to sleep. added some taurine today to help wit the weight loss and for its anti-inflammatory benefits :)
 
187 when I weighed myself at lunch. I did start again lifting as well so most likely starting to build some muscle.
 
March 30th
Had MMA, def getting faster and increased endurance. Feeling a lot better about myself. Little sore still, maybe not eating enough to replenish but other then that I feel good, really developing a good killer instinct too, a good drive.
 
i just started my kickboxing training again. found a private bjj place gonna check out in 2weeks. i really noticed a huge difference with a little protein boost. using 2-3 shakes a day. mostly also as an alternative to late night munchies and for a cal/protein boost in the am. recovering wayyy quicker. dont know how ppl can be vegan and train? u fight in that lg dan hendo just fought in a month or so ago? i think his firght was in moncton or something.. i think it was hendo anyways

MMA again tonight, felt great. Really aggressive and cardio is def going up. I can't credit one thing ,I would say the Burner and Adderlin give me the energy/ambition, and tthat energy and ambiton makes me get through my mma and insanity.

Either way, im leaning up, still at about 187 but def leaner.

I have to say I feel good about myself. The burner/adderrlin is def helping with that. Before I would get a little craving for a bar or something stupid, now I never do. and if I think about it it doesn't even seem appealing. Which is a bonus :)
 
yeh i find the burner works great for appetite supression. i eat what i need to eat and i dont even think about munchies. i have late night shake out of routine and protein needs. i have a night one with a bit of carbs in it as its usually a snack replacement. where does adderlin come from i searched ntbm but maybe i spelt it wrong. keep rocknrollin it

This morning I went and did a few laps at the University Pool, felt pretty good although my arms got sore as hell, not used to that type of work but it was a nice change.

This afternoon I went to the gym, did a few workouts, mainly upper body and abs. Felt pretty good, had a really good sweat on so I felt pretty good.

I am taking 2 adderlin and 2 forged burner everyday. I don't really feel there effects anymore, kind of grew a toleranceI think. I'm not going to up it I'm going to continue at the doseage I'm at for another week and then start a beast cycle before my trip down south just to throw some mass on. But I will def keep up with my cardio and stuff. Maybe even keep on the forged until my triip. Not sure yet. I have some Sarms S4 I may run too..decisions decisions.
 
i was always curious of when you dont feel something anymore is it still having an effect on your body? burner for me doesnt get my head all zingin anymore but i still sweat like a beast and feel quite in control of my diet in terms of munchies and stuff.

This has been one of my main concerns with Alpha-T2. My waistline is definitely getting smaller but I don't feel this abnormal body heat that most people mention so my mind steadily thinks 'is it working?!?!'

A lot of the time, when I take things with stim properties on an empty stomach it makes me really sick.

So I would consider that if you are taking supps pre- fasted cardio.

Tonight I had MMA. today I took 2 adderlin upon waking, (around 10am) and took a forgeed burner around 12, and another at about 2 or 3.

Before my MMA class I mixed a scoop of N2KTS in with my protein shake(which is water + one scoop of protein powder)

I took the N2KTS cause I physically didn't feel like doing anything, but I knew I had to

Tonight at class I felt so fast, and so ready to go. My cardio held up noticably better and I was aggressive. I felt VERY VERY good, the best I think I've felt. Nothing got sore or tired, besides my lungs after a bit, but I did about 6 solid rounds and felt great, could of did some more.

Woke up, took 1 forged burner, 1 adderlin, 2 taurine tabs(500mg each)

Went and did some laps at the local pool, damn swimming is HARD. My arms are absolutely fuckt. I can't do anything for a day or 2 because some how I caught my heel off someones elbow last night at MMA so it hurts to put any pressure on it. I will most likely swim again tomorrow morning though. :)

Im kind of in the same boat, doing this recomp BS! I hate that I keep screwing myself every winter!

Anyways, youre lucky to have MMA, Im waking up and doing 45 mins on a bike with the resistance up fasted and it makes me want to kill myself by the end of it. Then I have a BS day job that is 9 or 10 hours of just sitting around, then trying to find energy to still lift several times a week.

My sup list is a little different than yours I ran Epi and some PES products for a month, now Im into the "pct" part which is just phytoserms, alpha t2, shift, erase, and oxy elite pro.

Problem is im so NOT hungry that eating just about makes me want to puke at this point...NOT cool when you are trying to NOT lose muscle and add a little lbm.

Ive been at my non-sense for about 2 months now, steadily, had a little more spuratic workout schedule leading up to getting serious about a month before.

Keep it up, doing good so far!

ya can't eat? That sounds strange, even when taking burner and adderlin i can still eat. trick is to make the healthy food tasty and appealing I guess. At those times anyway what i do is mix up some protein and waterr, and eat about 15 almonds.

Its about 8:45pm here, weighed myself I am 185 on the button. Therefore it looks as if since I started I lost about 5 lbs or so, but i've def gained some lean muscle.

Tonight I felt pretty good so I said fuck it and went to the gym and went on the seated bike for 30 minutes. Just did it at a steady resistence of 6, and burnt 9according to the bike) a little over 400cal.

i've been taking taurine at about 3g everyday, i'm not sure if its just me or what but i find i'm not as sore for long so maybe thats it.

Tomorrow morning I'm going to go swimming again, got to keep building the stamina. Im def feeling good about myself, but it's weird, when I'm standing i can see some abs, bottom ones no, but top ones yes. but when i sit i look like a fat fuck. Is this inches I need to lose? Kind of confused there.

Yeah, Ive started relying on an extra shake a day now because for some reason I barely want to eat and its not that I dont like the foods, I mean I love steak and chicken and all but just the thought of eating sometimes makes my stomach turn. Im litterally forcing myself to eat now adays. Im not sure if my weight stalled the last week because Im adding some lbm or if its because my cals were TOO low a couple days. Eh, either way, just gotta stay at it as best as possible.

Tonight I went to the gym..well it sucked. I was weak as a kitten, my arms were pretty sore from swimming in the morning so I'm guessing on workout days I won't swim, Trying to do main lifts (Bench press, shoulde rpress, squats, rows, deadlift) is hard when your whole body is kind of aching. So yes, my plan is to keep my swim days to non-lifting days and since I only lift twice a week that should be easy.
 
Yeah Swimming will drain your entire body so it will def take away from your workouts if you do too much too soon.

You might find that to be somewhat permanent also. Ever since I did my first cut cycle like this my frequency in cravings has decreased significantly!
 
sweet i hope so man. I find even if i go out to eat now im always ordering garden salads and grilled veggies.

Woke up, took 1 adderlin, and 1 forged burner. I do this cause I found that 2 adderlin gave me a weird cloudy headache feeling so when i split like this it's good shit.

Did 30 mins on the bike at 6 intensity, burnt 400 cals (according to bike)

feelin good, legs felt like jelly tho haha

oke up today, took an adderlin and forged burner. Was just planning on relaxing today but ended up playing some road hockey, haha haven't played in years but it was fun and I played for about an hour and a half so I got a good cardio on today. Going to do some lifting tomorrow morning and probably some bike. 185.8 is my weight
 
cool i guess i will kep it up cause I have formastanzonol for my next cycle so i might as well use the formestane on top, been doing 3 pumps in chest/stomach, 1 pump each on sides(love handle areas) morning and pm.

Woke up and took an adderlin and forged burner. had some scrambled eggs and spinach. Went to the gym for my workout. Took some n2kts before my workout, I find since taking the forged burner for so longi built a tolerance up, not saying it doesn't work I just don't get jittery which is great. Workout went well, didn't log numbers but doid Standing Overhead press, dips, chin ups, machine rows, deadlifts. felt good. :)

forgot to mention I took adose of SARMS S4, I have a little more the half a bottle I'm going to run until my trip. 50mg dose all at once.

Went to the gym tonight, 30 min on the bike at 6 ad 8 intenity. Burn 420 cals (according to bike) tomorrow i will go for a swim most likely.

Was going to get up and go swimming but Im extra sore today so I'm taking a recovry day because tomorrow I have MMA and I want to do good there, might o on the bike tomorrow when I wake up.
 
I'm doing Muay Thai, Boxing and BJJ, haven't done BJJ in a few weeks mainly because work seems to always fall on those days. I usually do about 6, 3 minute rounds plus we do some shadow boxing, hitting pads and bags, etc.

Update: I am glad I took yesterday off because I am pretty sore today I really pushd it Monday, what can I say N2KTS gives you that drive to push harder. Hopefully it doesn't effect my MMA tonight too much!

Update 2: I am 184.8lbs.

Cool man, Im a muy thai and BJJ guy myself, or at least I used to be. Its a really fun way to get some good cardio in.

Had MMA, had some great rounds, felt a little squimish during the end I think it's becaus of what I ate though, didn't feel winded and felt fast. Still taking 1 adderlin and 1 forged burner. Once again I will mention the reason I tapered it down is because I don' think a person need THAT much, esp when taking N2KTS before workout/mma clas. And this way I will have som forged for another time. I am def starting to trim up.

Also, forgot to mention took a dose of SARMS s4 about an hour before going to mma. will take some an hour before the gym today too.

Felt pretty good, I am going to squat tomorrow, I usually bench and squat the same day bt I wanted to get some cardio in and then have a solid squat day tmorrow. also took a shot of sarms hour before my workout :)
 
nice work man. just 20 pounds from 2 full plates on each side. keep rockin it. just did my first heavy workout in sooo long, bench was 185x4 1/2 lol. 225 is my current goal on bench. squated 225x5 and can def put a bit more on there. deadlift is pretty weak only went upto 185x5 then kind started to feel a little off in the lower back so i stopped there. recovering from surgery in core area, and had a one back injury a little over 2 years ago and one when i was 16.. neither workout related. so taking it easy on the deadlift until i can really get my core jacked and feeling good before i go heavier
 
yeah my squat was like 245 X5 nd deadlift 315X3 but it went down. 225X5 for both now. but I will up that hopefully tomorrow with some hard squat lol and ya i want my bench to be 225 too :)

whats your stats? heigh/weight/age?
 
You got to get the bf% down br, don't mean to offend but hopefully your using the knowledge from this site to get yourself healthy! :)

yeah i know, i mean i eat well and all. but when you are incapacitated for the better part of the last 2 and half years or so its pretty hard to stay lean. i mean i still have bits of muscle definition around the chest and upper abs and shit but yeah i know. got my first day of heavy lifting with no set backs, minus goin a little easy on my deadlifts. just getting my gear to head out to muay thai right now. just taking forged burner right now. gotta order a jug of n2kts for heavy lifting seeing as i think i should be able to handle it now. and prob some need2slin to go along with my 2nd bottle of f burner.hopeing within 6 months to get into the teens for bf% and then see where i am at for a cycle. i want to get to at least a couple deloads on a 5x5 program. yeah my clarifications, i always type something then i have a thought about it, and before i know it ive type it all and hit reply. i do it all the time. anyways im off to class
 
Cool dude sounds like you are makin the right steps, get your diet good and solid too, as soon as i got mine down i noticed a huge difference. Forged burner helped at the beginning too.
 
What are you running your SARMS at bro? Every day? Mg? ML? OSTA? S4? S2?

Have you felt any effects yet?

I've been extra interested in everyones SARMS results since I started my S4.

Physical Update:

I am def leaing up, if I could lose another 4-7lbs of fat (mid section) I would have a good shred on, hopefully this is do able within the next 3 weeks so I can look fantastic for my trip. May start doing more fasted cardio this week.

Today I worked legs, Squats, Smith Squats, kick backs (whatever they r, ) and seated calve raises. Legs felt a littl sore, I"m thinking I might have to switch this day to Monday's so I can get the most out of them sinceI kick a lot, they were weaker then usual today or as far as strength but they endured quite a bit.

Yea man thats what I'm running mine at too, and within the first few days I was noticing that kickass weightroom endurance. I just wanted to live in there lol.

When are you taking it generally?

And by the way, that SARMS will really help you lean up and look good too, that was a nice addition to your log.

Sorry I havent wrote in a few days(had to cover some shifts mon-today), I went Rock Climbing the weekend, spent a few hours, def felt some strength increse it's a dif kind of exercise but I felt good I woke up at 183.6 this mornng. Gym now for some weights and MMA tonight. Will report back later.

Took a drink of sarms, had a protein shake and went to the gym. Felt great, my squats went up quite a bit since last week(I was also pretty sore last week) I did some squats, kick backs. Up right rows, shoulder db press, and a bit of abs. Felt good the whole way. Great endurance, but I still have some flab around my mid section to lose, WHY CANT YA TARGET SPECIFIC PLACES WITH FAT??? lol
Anyway, thats all for now.
 
That was my motivational cheerleading for the day....its all i could come up with at the time...being bored at work doesnt help things lol

MMA class tonight, felt pretty good, little dehyrated Im thinking too many spices with supper. Got a bit injured during class so I didn't get to go nuts but I Felt solid, legs were a bit weak from the Squats today but all is well. Tomorrow I will prob go for a walk or a jog or something, not sure yet might just take the day to myself or do some insanity cardio abs...yes, that's what I will do. :)
 
Yeah I know right, sleep deprivation makes me slightly crazy along with allergies kicking my ass for the last 4 days or so, eyes are swollen shut, cant breathe, good times...

I may start logging things a little more instead of my random spuratic updates that I have been doing in my thread, but Im just so lazy id rather just put my 2 cents in everyone elses stuff haha

Insanity is just too much, i did a couple DVDs and was just like...Ummmm no one should live like this lol

Insanity is crazy, I use it on days I don't feel like leaving the house, bout it I tried to follow it but lifting weights and mma plus insanity just isn't possible.

Did Insanity Cardio Abs, felt pretty good but little tender from yesterday,it's only 16 minutes so it wasn't bad. 183.6 this morning waking up.
Today I took 1 forged, 1 adderlin and a shot of sarms.
 
Sorry I haven;tr reported in a few days, had some computrer problems. did some cardio recently, going to lift tomorrow, i woke up todaya t 181.7lbs
 
Woke up at 178.7lbs today

I've worked fuckin 10 hour days since I last reported, lots of money but fuck all in the gym. But at work I get to play basketball and road hockey quite a bit so I've been getting my cardio. At home i've been doing
Chin ups
Push Ups
Crunches
Reverse Lunges

Everyday :)
 
Still around 178, Monday I dids ome morning cardio, 25 minutes on the bike and 15minutes on the treadmil at a step incline and a steady walk.

Went back to the gym later to do a workout, bad choice. Def wasn't fully replenished from my fasted cardio and felt weak. Going to do some more cardio today, and a workout tomorrow. Feeling good and looking better :)
 
Tonight I went to the gym, did a good arm workout, just bouncing back and forth from bi's to tri's. bit of chest too (dips and cables).
Then did 30 mins on the treadmil 8.5 incline at 3.5 = 350cals burnt. having my muscle replenisher and some udon.

Went to gym tonight, got a hard workout in then 30 minutes of cardio afterwards. Got work the next 2 days so won't be logging until Monday.

Physical Update:
top 4 abs are in, bottom are still a work in progress. arms are getting veiny as fuck tho, maybe it's just a good pump from the gym but i'm feelin better. didn't bother weighing myself cause its 11pm and I ate all day.
 
your inspirational brother! Im on a diet myself, and reading this makes me work at mine harder. Your doing a great job. Do you do cardio before breakfast also? Or just in the afteroon. Glad those abs are kicking in. I recommend using heavy weight with your ab workout now. Theyll pop out like crazy. Keep it up!

Umm when I can I do get up and go do cardio before breakfast. Most often I do now because I work shift work so I don't hav eto wake up at 7am to go to cardio, when I roll out of bed I can go, so thats a bonus. So usually 3 or 4 days a week I can do that.

Honestly, I"ve found the fat has dropped off a lot more since I turned vegetarian, and I am starting to get it really down. I've been vegetarian since the 2nd week of April. I am becomming more veiny do and have a lot better energy for workouts.

Right now I'm only taking SARMS, I came off the Forged Burner because I went away for a couple days, forgot to take it and never really had a day to feel the sketch again(first day you take forged burner after not taking it, even if just for 2 days, get really sketchy/anxious feeling for about 2-3 hours, but then if you take it the 2nd day, you're good no sides) I take sarms .50ml 5 days on, 2 off <-- usually. If I'm doing morning acrido and have a workout later I will split it into .25 ml. but if i'm noly doing ONE thing I will take .50ml before it.

Keep up on your diet! Summer is almost here lol

Probably Vegetarian works well because your kicking a lot of junk out the window and carbs etc.
 
yeah man thats what i figure too. never a burger so that helps. lol and even junk i eat a cliff builders bar. 20 g of protein, organic and they are all awesome flavors, good snack between meals and satisifies my sweet tooth
 
I still drink protein powder
I eat fish
tofu
nuts
eggs
soy milk
greek yogurt
cliff builder bars
quinoa

lots of veggies. I looekd into a lot of recipes so I make sure I get 30-50g every meal but supposedly(and i have no source from this, completely hear say) the foods I eat I absorb it more/easier from them. Don't flame me on that one it's just what I've been told and I don't notice any significant decrease in strength(that I wouldn't of noticed from losing weight) I do more cardio now and better workouts, I never really feel sluggish. Maybe it's placebo affect or maybe its not...
 
This morning I went to the gym, half hour walk on the treadmil, I start at 8.5 incline and 3.5mph, work up to 11 incline and about 3.7. manage to burn about 400 cals in walk (according to the machine) I do it on an empty stomach. I used to try to do sprints on my fasted cardio but I was too fatigued from having nothing in me so this walk is better for me.

Also had an MMA class tonight for about 2 and a half hours, felt great. I really feel more endurance and don't feel sluggish at all.

Thats exactly what i do in the morning. Works well! tell me if you see good results with this.
 
Went to the gym this morning, I find this cardio a lot better Foxxxxy. I'm not sore after it and I don't feel like I'm going to puke but I still get a good sweat on and burn 300+cals.

I'm heading away tonight for a little bit, but I will continue this log when I get home because I still have a little bit of work to do and since I just found out I can do morning, treadmil cardio with little discomfort I will continue to do this.

Thanks everyione for following along but it will be on hold for the next 9 days or so.
 
Had a great MMA class last night, I was so aggressive and energized. I didn't feel sluggish at all. Felt really good.
