Does the site seem faster today?

Hello all,

Can you post up and let me know if the site seems faster to you today? We have made some improvements under the hood and I'd appreciate your feedback.

In case you have been paying attention, the site has been growing tremendously, we currently have about 70 thousand unique visitors come hang out every day. And yesterday evening was a new record on the forums: Most users ever online was 41,653, 04-Apr-2011 at 11:04 PM - that's over 40 thousand bodybuilders here all at once.

I'm committed to making the site as fast as possible and there are more improvements on the way. So keep me posted on how things are going!

Yes. It does appear a little faster on first load of a page. That said, that evaluation completely subjective.

today has been great speedwise. it definitely was pretty damn slow in the past though. glad to see you've upgraded. the constant "board maintenance" that seemed to happen randomly rather than at a set point daily was my biggest gripe.
