What is the worst job you have ever had?

Taco Bell. Fuckers put me on drive thru non stop because of my people skills. I retaliated by twisting hot sauce packets together, tossing them out the window, and waiting to hear the POP when cars ran over them and splattered shit all over. Did that for about a year to pay for car, gas, insurance when I was 15.

I worked at Safeway, which I really enjoyed at the time.

Worst adult job was my first wirehouse/brokerage/boiler room gig. Did that for about 3 years.

wtf? serious cat?

how?

Yeah chewy the bros with great people skills that interacted with the guests would make 350-500 a night. They would accumilate their "regulars" who typically are high rollers with a deep pockets. They had to claim everybit of the tips though through the casino so uncle sam def was paid haha.

I asked one specific dealer that in my eyes always seeemed to make money, how much he made. Why? I was interested in being a dealer. He says, 80k+ on a good year! I was like WTF ever bro show me. He pulled out last paystub around end of november 78k and some change printed in black and white.

WOW, that is a great job. Seems like a tough job though, as they are so sharp and never make mistakes.

The good dealers at our casino make 80k + a year. Not bad for high school diploma and 4 days a week.

I worked at 4 casinos and lived with 2 dealers

Good dealers and bad dealers made the same (per hour) ... you split the tips for all shifts collected in the 2 week pay period = "toke rate"

With overtime $80k is doable

Yeah the casino I worked in the didnt "pool" their tips it was each man/woman for themselves. So the chance to make more definately went up depending on personality and likeability. The crappier dealers only made about 30k as they were put in graves. They shiner dealers were put in during peak operating hours typically + regulars + no pooling of tips.

the one i have now...but, i'm to stupid, ignorant, ___________ (fill in the blank) to figure out how to fix it...so here i am, doing tax returns 'til 1am every friggin' day :worried:
