I wouldn't bother with that book......it has some good concepts but the ckd is outlined with much greater detail in Lyle Macdonalds "The Ketogenic Diet"

I've read Lyle McDonalds book, however, the best book for overall information is Natural Hormonal Enhancement by Rob Faigen. The most thorough book I have read on the subject. I've even had several email discussions with the author.
