Hey everyone...
I'm posting this for my boyfriend because he doesn't have much time to research extensively so I do it for him... The things us women do for you men.
What he wants to know is what calorie/carb etc counts should he be eating for muscle gain and fat loss.
He's 24 6'6" 255lbs and about 20% bodyfat.
He used to be 275lbs at 13% bodyfat but stopped going to the gym and gained fat loss muscle and now we are both getting back into the habit.
So does anyone have any suggestions? And Ive found some sample diets on the net, but does anyone have any other ideas where i can find some diets and stuff?
