I am bulking right now and this is really helping me get the protein I need during the day. I work a lot and it is very hard to sit down to 6 or 7 meals a week.
1 gallon whole milk
6 raw eggs (no salmonella in over a year now)
9 scoops optimum nutrition whey (vanilla ice cream)
5 Table spoons Flax
((I substitute skim when not bulking))
This tastes pretty good and it really helps get in those calories and protein as well.
What are some of your "special blends" that you have tried and liked?
