Hey guys, where can I find a micronutrients table easy to follow and understand, most of the ones I've found online are very complicated and contain hundreds of different foods and servings, it's very complicated. Just looking for like a balanced diet program that I can get ALL the vitamins and minerals I need without supplements or anything. Will be using gear thought and ancillaries and only supp will take is Hcgenerate along with my Clomid for PCT.

Your kind of over thinking things. If you eat a well balanced diet that is based on unprocessed foods, you will meet all your daily vitamin/mineral requirements.

Vitamin/mineral deficiencies only really occurred in the 1800s when people could only eat canned preserves during the winter months.

If you are really worried about it, supplement with a good quality multi vitamin.

The biggest thing to look for when shopping for a multivitamin is what form the minerals are in. Most supplement companies use mineral oxides in their multi vitamin products because they are cheap. The problem with that is they only have a 2-4% absorption rate. Take magnesium or zinc as an example. Most multivitamins will have the forms of 'magnesium oxide and zinc oxide' listed.

What you want are amino acid chelates. You want to see 'magnesium amino acid chelate and zinc amino acid chelate'.

Check ruthless 3d from n2bm.com. It only contains amino acid chelated minerals. It also has higher dosages of B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin E. It was formulated with the hard training athlete in mind.

Most likely you will lack some of the micro nutrients, so some sort of multivitamin added to your diet would always benefit you
