How long do you think veggies can be frozen before consuming? I'm on a clean diet but they go bad really quick and I have to throw them out , I buy my veggies for the week so I don't have to go to the supermarket every day, do you think freezing them can ruin the nutritional values on them? thank you.

Absolutely nothing wrong with freezing vegetables. It does not change the nutritional value or macronutrients at all.

I regularly freeze fruits and vegetables. In the summer when fresh fruit is in season, I will buy lots of berries and freeze them for the winter months when fresh fruit costs an arm and a leg.

Frozen vegetables will last years in the freezer. Your plan sounds good to me.

Honestly frozen veggies are actually better. They are flash frozen so they are good for a long time. They have a better nutritional value and are good for a long time.
