On DECA & WINSTROL- My GOAL - Get ripped/Build Muscle- I need GOOD WORKOUT/DIET routine

First off will I build a little Muscle and get ripped at the same time. If yes, what is best suggestions.

I wish not to get bulk, JUST TO get ripped and build a little more muscle..

I've been told LOTS of Protien/Low carbs, is this GOOD.

To get ripped build muscle is every 2 1/2 hours 300 calories GOOD?

Please any suggestions and feedback will HELP-THANKS
 
:kaioken: Ok, if you don't even know how to plan a proper diet and a training program you should not be using AS. Having said that...

Give us some stats and what you specifically want to do. Btw, how do you plan on putting on a more muscle without bulking? Wt, ht, bf%, current diet and current work out routine...
 
Read up on a ketogenic diet. It works period. But you use good fats, not bacon grease and shit like that.
