Well bros, you've given me a world of help with cardio, and I truely appreciate it, one thing left, the diet. Now, I've had a brief stint with the keto diet(two weeks), but I didn't feel comfortable with it. Basically I need to know what you guys eat while dieting. This isn't for a contest, I'm just looking to shed a few pounds of fat. I've learned to stay away from sugars, and dairy products(excluding eggs), but I don't know what I can eat. Just give me a sample meal and tell me what part of the day you ate it in. Between a few of the bro's here I'm sure I'll be able to scrape this thing together. Also, any tips on helping me stick with it?
