Since being in lockdown due to the cov 19 virus. Lets try and help each other by keeping a daily log for what we are putting into our bodies on a daily basis. Let see the meals and food we are eating daily!!
I will post up a few from the last week. Salad with homemade marinated chicken, parm cheese. Tomatoes Pimento olives.
More eggplant and simple ez steps to make. [FONT="]Today we had homemade eggplant.[/FONT] [FONT="]Peeled the egg plant. Sliced in circles.[/FONT] [FONT="]Dipped into raw eggs and milk mixture. Dredged in flour with some added salt and pepper. Pan fried. Bam done.[/FONT] [FONT="]15-30 minutes tops. These are amazing.[/FONT] [FONT="]Also have some marinated chicken breast chopped up.[/FONT] [FONT="]Steamed broccoli, and corn.[/FONT]
This is actually bought .. Was yesterday nights food. A spicy southwest salad with chicken. And a muscle milk... Its been so long since i had one. I semi froze it.. It was so dam good.
Also made chili. Yesterday didn't get any pics.. Only had a small bowl. My kids killed the whole pot.
Dinner last night was breakfast.. Had about 3 eggs with bacon and melted some cheese on top.. Added hot sauce.. Didnt take a pic after i mixed it up with hot sauce. Sorry Then had about 3 more eggs with hotsauce.
