Stimulants and muscle tightness

I started using dexedrine today and I almost pulled a muscle while doing chest. In fact, I pulled it somewhat, but not extensively. Is this common?

It may have just been a coincidence(I am hoping), but I think the dex had some effect. I think it may actually somehow cause me to do less reps than I ordinarly would do.

Any comments about this?

Are you sure it wasn't more of a cramp? Speed will dehydrate you fast and then come the cramps.
