Investigated? I mean, can you retieve data from the past on a cam. I have taken some nudes of my girlfriend on a work cam. It is digital. I erased the memory, can it be recovered

They can theoretically be recovered, just like any other type of disk drive. The best thing to do is after you delete the files, take more pics to overwrite the same space on the disk, then erase those too.

its not like a harddrive. I've always heard that once its deleted its gone permanently but I am sure DT knows more about this than I do.
