I'm not asking about juice, so besides that i'd like your opinion on what top three supplemts you feel are essential to growth. Also, is it ok to take creatine when dieting.
1.Protein. Whether it be from a powder or a animal source, make sure you get enough of it. Personally, I like to get a variety of sources in each day (breaks up the monotony).
2.Water. Dehydration aint good for the muscles...
3.EFAs. Essential fatty acids like Flax or Hemp oil can be a really beneficial supplement to add to your diet, no matter what your goal is (cutting vs bulking).
