It depends on the individual and how much lean muscle they have and how active they are, also if they are taking steroids. Every(body) is different and to say 30, 40 or 50 grams would be crap shoot. A 150lbs male will not absorb as much protein as say a 250lbs male.
Your body will tell you if your absobing it or not, a good indicator is gas. Yes farts! Then you can use some Ginger root or Aminogen.
