I have in the past taken thermogenics,(hydroxy, xenadrine, etc..) for weight loss, but am currently in a mass building routine. Will taking something thermogenic offset my creatine, whose main feature is water retention?
I've had good experiencec using both at the same time. Well not exactly the same time, I take the thermo before training and the creatine post. I doesn't seem to hurt the creatine too much so long as the caffine has run its course some. Since I think the caffine is the biggest dueretic of the stack. Even so mabe it does hurt the creatine a little but not to a point of uselessness Creatine monohydrate is pretty cheap anyway.
