I'm thinking about buying alot of Arginine and trying it out. When are the best time to take it. I've heard Post-Workout and also Pre-Workout. And is it best to take it Pre & Post workout. And at what dosages?
I think Arginine is supposed to make you more vascular, opening up your arteries so more glucose and Protein can be shuttled around your body, I say Post Workout with your Post workout shake. No Idea about the dosages.
