1 ad questions---couldn't find answers

Wojo let me know how the 1,4 andro turns out. I'm thinking about getting it from BAC too.

I would opt for the oral route, I don't think the transdermal route would be as effective as its oral absorption rate.

MY QUESTION IS CAN YOU TAKE 1AD SOLO OR IS IT BEST TO ADD THE 4AD. IS 4AD ALSO IN PILL FORM. FROM ALL YOUR POSTS AND INFO I JUST ORDERED MY FIRST BOTTLES OF 1AD. THANKS FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE THE NEW GUY.

IMO you should definately take 4AD or 1,4andro w/ your 1AD for a little bit of estrogen, it will help in your mass gains. I also took the 4AD at about 400-600mg ed.
