Could someone help me clear this once and for all? i hear all different opinions about it daily, some people use loads of nolvadex during cycles and for pct as serm, and some are afraid to even use anti-e during PCT because it could make you lose gains.

is this a false myth or is there truth associated to it?

If anything, not using antiestrogens during your PCT will ruin your gains. Antiestrogens plus HCG help your body produce its own testosterone and help reduce estrogen.

A cycle without proper PCT is not a cycle - it is a waste of money since you'll lose all your gains.

It's myth and please don't spread it. AI's have no affect on your gains. On or off cycle.
