I have been been working out hard in the weight room for 3 yrs now and have gained a total of 25 lbs. I have gotten to the point that I can not gain and more. I try to eat right...supplements done it all and nothing is working. I am thinking that I might need to do one cycle to get the weight that I want on me. What is the best mass building novice stack I should go for. Right now I am 6'5 220 with about 15 percent body fat or less.
Any suggestions.....and how should I follow up post cycle?
