When you are on gear you are going to have sides of flu symtoms and it can weaken your immune system. Now they say that regular body building you should take 3grams (3000mg) of Vitamin C/day. I would take at least that much while you are juicing.
Be sure to get the timed release tabs, they will give you a constant flow of Vit. C for 8 hours. If you take 3 grams of regular c then your body will absorb about 400mg and you will piss the rest out.
