I am using YK11 solo right now but I also have 2 bottles of ostarine MK on the way. My goal on this cycle is cutting down under 220 pounds, so losing 20 pounds. But the catch is I need to keep my muscle and strength. So far not losing any weight, what do I need to do?

I dont like yk11 solo better add the 50mgs of ostarine and add some like nolvadex 10mgs/day

that is called recomp and if it was easy then every person would be ripped and huge. it isn't easy, that is the challenge of bodybuilding. set a realistic 2 and 5 year goal and then hit it
